    various plumbing issues

    While having my yearly systems check done in my home several plumbing issues were found.I had new hoses installed on my washing machine and a faucet replaced in the kitchen.Adam(the plumber) was very courteous and explained the various options available.He left the work sites clean and tidy and was very respectful of my home.It was a very positive experience from start to finish.

    Plumbing - cartridge and trim replacement

    I have been struggling with my Zuchetti taps for close to 6 months. It was clear that there had been an issue with the cartridges but I was having difficulty receiving any real service from either the distributor or the plumber they recommended. Once I had phoned Zuchetti directly in Italy and received the replacement trim and cartridges free of charge I now needed to find a new plumber. My Google search - best plumbers in Toront - led me to Priority Plumbing. What a find! Not only were they responsive from the moment I phoned but they also kept me informed throughout the process - what a difference! From the moment Matt came to the house, he exuded confidence and respect. He completed the job and although it was not straightforward he remained positive about the challenge rather than finding ways to walk away. I also bought the one time service agreement as I look forward to a long relationship with this company.

    Everytime I

    This is the second time I've used your company, and both times I've been extremely happy with both the employees and the work they've done. In the past I always dreaded calling a company when I needed plumbing repairs, but now that I've discovered Priority Plumbing I feel confident that I'll be happy with both the service and the price.

    Replacing of washroom pipes

    Matthew was great! Explained the different options, answered all my questions. Yes it's a little pricey, but great customer service and it got done right away. He checked a bunch of stuff for me, and he explained the different parts and different options I had with regards to the parts. Thanks!

    Basement drains

    Very professional, helpful, and truthful from the technican sent to my property. I had clogged drains in my basement sinks and he was able to clear out the drains by machine and I did not have to tear up my basement floor! Great job Greg T!

    I would highly recommend Matthew

    Matthew was very informative and helpful. He didn't make a big deal out of the job and provided simple solutions to all of the issues at hand. He installed our bathtub and routed the drain and water to another room in the house for a washer/dryer. He was fast, efficient, and clean. I would highly recommend him to anyone and call him back for any other work we have in the house.

    Plumbing assessment and repair (basement)

    My plumber was courteous, clean (he removed and put on his shoe covers a hundred times, each time he went out!), humorous, instructive (I learned a lot!), honest (I love that!), efficient, and to my eye, thorough. I feel much better having had my annual service inspection and having a much-needed repair that prevented a frozen pipe and flooding this winter! Thank you Kyle!

    Sewer Replacement

    Courteous and friendly on the phone, helpful beyond describing at home. Greg is a great guy with a wonderful knowledge of his business, and a sense of humour and proportion (and digging up the yard is no joke) that helped immensely. Thank you!

    Blocked Drain

    We had a blocked drain first thing in the morning, the company responded quickly and sent a technician to our home within hours. The technician was professional, explained the whole process step by step and made us completely comfortable with the process.
