    toilet installation

    I cannot believe that you get charged an estimate of $56.00 and then on top, to be told that it would cost over $900.00 to install a toilet.. I do not recommend these plumbers...PERIOD.. We called another plumber to get the service done for $200.00 plus..

    Plumbing Issues

    We highly recommend Mathew W and Priority Plumbing and will be calling them back for future plumbing needs. Mathew came to our home within 24 hours of calling to request servicing. He carefully listened to our needs, offered suggestions and alternatives and helped us prioritize our projects based on budget. We had a bathroom sink pipe and faucet replaced, a shower pipe fixed, and a basement utility sink and indoor/outdoor piping repaired within a timely manner. All while patiently answering my highly inquisitive and chatty 3 year old's many questions!!! Best plumber ever-- would recommend Mathew anytime.

    indoor/outdoor faucet repair

    Spring arrived and we turned on our outdoor water supply. We were surprised when the water began leaking into the house instead of flowing out to the hose tap. PP responded to our call and Trevor arrived. He diagnosed the problem quickly as worn faucet connections. He replaced both our warm and cold outbound water faucets with more efficient levers. The job required soldering and he was careful to protect the surrounding area, temporarily disconnected our fire alarm and did it all with utmost professionalism.It was an expensive fix but we always feel secure when Trevor does the work and know that PP stands behind it. Might have had the work done by another supplier for a bit less but ultimately water damage inside would have been horrendous. Thanks Trevor. Great work!

    I can't wait to use these guys again!

    Exceptional service. Fast, efficient and couldn't have been more concerned about the quality of the work. I can't wait to have another plumbing issue just so I can use these guys again. Thank-you!

    sump pump installation

    highly recommend this company,Mathew was prompt,knowledgable and very competent also he was very respectful of the house and keeping a clean area around the work space,and the general area in and out

    I am so grateful for the service

    I was able to send a quick email with my plumbing concerns and Felicity called me within an hour to discuss my needs and book a visit. She even provided updates when needed. Greg T arrived as scheduled and not only fixed our leaking kitchen faucet and slow draining bathroom sink, he provided suggestions for a replacement faucet. His knowledge of style and function were excellent. He helped me choose a classic, high end style faucet, one I didn't even know I wanted. He found that we were missing shut off valves at both sinks and then educated us on how to maintain our water lines and valves. He was very professional and I am so grateful for his service.

    Austin addressed all of my concerns, I would use them again!

    Austin was very courteous, showed up on time, provided me with a variety of options, I did not feel pressured by any hard sell techniques, and answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns. I would definitely use them again.

    Toilet Repair

    My toilet was in need of assessment and repair so I contacted Priority Plumbing following a Google search. Kyle was dispatched to my apartment, and from the moment he started the job it was clear that Priority Plumbing deserves the high ratings it enjoys at various rating sites. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and in a professional manner. But most importantly, it was done right. I will recommend Kyle and Priority Plumbing in the future.

    Fix toilet valve and kitch sink drains

    Trevor is an extremely thoughtful and competent technician. He fixed some wear and tear related items for us as we were moving into our new house. i would definitely work with Trevor and Priority again. (The call centre was also very helpful; good proactive communications.)

    New waterman and back water valve install

    Priority Plumbing really has an excellent team. They recently replaced my main water line and worked outside in the cold for hours digging 10' down in the ground. Very impressive. Austin is also extremely professional and made sure I was aware of every step of the process. I knew the whole time I was in excellent hands. Well done!
