    Replace main water pipe

    Austin T was fantastic. Knowledgeable, courteous and passionate. Our pipes froze and he reviewed our situation and even said he thought about how to deal with our unique insulation problem when he went home. He gathered a great work crew together very quickly and they had the job done in one day with very minimal mess to our newly renovated basement. Highly recommend Austin and Priority Plumbing.

    Matt was very professional and friendly

    Matt was very professional and friendly, knowledgeable and a great communicator - definitely the most professional plumbing visit I have ever experienced. He explained his approach to troubleshooting my problem and let me know about all the potential costs before starting work. He seems very honest and trustworthy and I will definitely call him again if I need plumbing help.

    Professional, courteous and responsive.

    Clogged and frozen kitchen drain

    I came to learn about Priority Plumbing on HomeStars. Given all of the positive feedback, I decided to give them a call to help with a clogged and frozen drain in my kitchen. They were able to schedule me in for a service call the following morning. The following day, one of the technicians (Greg T) arrived at my home at exactly 9:00 a.m. to begin the work. Greg was extremely courteous and professional. He was able to quickly identify the problem and offer up several options to address the issue. Greg was very thorough in walking me through every stage of the work that needed to be done. This was my first time using a professional plumbing service, and I can say without hesitation that I will definitely be calling Priority Plumbing (and requesting Greg) in the future. Thank you, Priority Plumbing, for making it such a pleasant experience.

    I will recommend them to anyone who asks

    Definitely the company to call for plumbing emergencies. On a frigid day when there must have been a huge number of service requests, they got my pipe repaired and my water back on by the end of the day. I will definitely use them in the future, and recommend them to anyone who asks.

    New Taps Installed

    I was referred to Priority plumbing by a neighbor as it was finally time to replace some old leaky taps in my bathroom. I called around 9 am and by 11 am they had already arrived. Their technician was really helpful taking the time to show me different options and what the job would entail. He had a very nice replacement set of taps with him, so he was able to complete the work promptly. I am extremely impressed by the competence and service of this company!

    Clogged Toilet in Basement

    After several attempts to plunge the toilet in the basement, I decided it was time to call a plumber. Austin from Priority Plumbing arrived extremely fast and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently. It turned out that the problem was in the main sewer pipes and not the toilet at all. It ended up being a big messy job but the crew from Priority Plumbing did their best to contain the dust and work as quickly as possible to get my house back to normal. At the end of it all I am extremely happy with the workmanship and the level of customer service that Austin and his team have provided me.

    A rapid response to our plumbing emergency!

    My drain was backed up and I was experiencing minor flooding in my unfinished basement ... the same day my wife went into labour with our first daughter. Needless to say, a rapid response was necessary, and Greg and Kyle delivered that and then some. They walked me through the problems and solutions and provided multiple options for how we could proceed. I felt like I was in good hands, and that they wanted the best for my house and family. The work was done EXTREMELY quickly and professionally and I am confident that I will never have to replace the work that Priority Plumbing provided. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family, and will undoubtedly call again if I ever have any other problems. Thanks guys!

    I have been a client for years, always satisfied!

    I have been a client of Priority Plumbing for a few years now, and have always been very satisfied with their services. Greg T. is the main worker who has solved quite a few plumbing issues in my house. Greg is always very professional and always gets to the bottom of the problem. He is clear with how much a job will cost, explains what the problem is, and what my options are. The last time he was here, Greg figured out where a leak came from, in my kitchen sink. 3 other people from various companies could not figure it out. It remained a mystery, and the bottom of my kitchen cabinet remained wet, until Greg figure out the problem. In that same visit, Greg fixed my bathroom sink for a much lower price because the pipe needed to be changed, not snaked. I highly recommend Greg, and Priority Plumbing.

    Clogged Bathroom Drain

    My drain was clogged so I called Priority Plumbing. The service was terrific from the phone call to the work. Austin was extremely professional. He did not have ay issues with answering my zillion questions. A true gentleman. He quickly fixed the problem and even cleaned up! I would definitely use them again without hesitation.
