    burst pipe repairs

    pipes in my houses when I was absent and caused some damaged for which a plumber had to be called. I choose to call Priority Plumbing & Drains as it was recommended to me and I also seen work they have done to the person that recommended to me and was very impressed by the quality of work and also the way they responded quickly. I like the way they handle the problem with no sale pressure but first try to analyse the problem and offer solutions that best suits the needs. The pricing is fair and also the fact that is based on the type of work not by the hours. My pipe problem has been resolved very quickly and repairs were done on a very professional way. With no hesitation I would recommend Priority Plumbing & Drains for work to be done in anybody's home. Austin was great help and I would definitely use his company again if needed.

    Greg will be my "GO-TO" guy!

    Greg was extremely helpful and knowledgable. On top of that, he was one of the nicest around. Took the time to explain everything and offer suggestions on unrelated issues. Very pleased. He will be my 'go to' guy.

    Greg was incredibly professional!

    Greg was incredibly professional and skilled. A good teacher to his apprentice as well. I was very satisfied with the courteous and respectful service and the explanation of the completed work

    Sump pump malfunction

    I was amazed by Kostis' tenacity in diagnosing the problem (even though he was clearly not feeling well that day). And I was particularly impressed that in the end, I was not charged a penny, as the problem resulted from faulty installation by someone who is no longer with the company. I appreciated that the company accepted responsibility and made it right. That kind of integrity is all too rare these days.

    drain services

    I phoned Priority Plumbing at 8:45 am this Monday morning, and talked to a very patient and sympathetic customer service agent. She assured me that a plumber is available this morning to diagnose my wet basement problem within one & half hour. Greg and his assistant Kyle were at my door in 25 minutes! They put on their protective booties and proceeded to the basement. Greg gave my husband & I his diagnosis in a clear, direct manner, and presented us with possible options and solutions to the problem. We both found Greg to be very knowledgeable, his manner very pleasant and reassuring to 2 stressed-out senior homeowners. They spent nearly 4 hours at our home and we can honestly say that we are very impressed with their professionalism and friendly service. Moreover, their fees are very reasonable.

    Plumbing

    Bryan Scott — 5 starI was doing some renovation work in my basement when I accidentally cut a water pipe. I Googled plumbers, and decided to call Priority Plumbing. I must say from my first to my last contact with these folks has been nothing but professional. But like a wise man told me, anyone can fix a pipe. So I commend Kostis on his up and beyond service to his customers. I needed some extra plumbing work so I asked for a quote on some jobs I would like to have done. One major one was to replace the lead pipe coming into my home. He was very helpful with his ideas and suggestions. He made every effort to reduce my cost, as he recognized I was on a fixed income. He is a very courteous and polite young man. His team went beyond what I would expect from a plumbing team. They made every effort to ensure my home was kept clean, and safe. After the work was done to replace my lead pipe they returned everything back the way it was. Including putting the snow back on my lawn. They were here for 3 days, and at the end of each day, they cleaned up extremely well. Better than when they came. Kostis was amazing to work with, he made my laundry room more efficient, more safe, improved the function of the room as well as the looks. I applaud him and highly recommend this company but more so I recommend Kostis. This company is lucky to have him and the quality of work he produces. Not to mention the extra things he does to make you remember him. Thank you Kostis you made a bad mistake turn into a blessing in disguise. Bryan Scott

    Kudos to Kostis

    Our very old toilet had sprung a leak between the tank and the bowl. My options were very limited. I was really impressed with the entire experience. They were prompt, they kept me very well informed of the steps, risks, costs, and options. They were not sure if they could even find the parts. But they found them, and were able to complete the very delicate work. The parts and labour weren't cheap, but I have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience. It was a truly professional experience. Kudos to Kostis. He represented his company and himself with class and skill. Many thanks.

    Excellent service that I would reccomend to anyone!

    Kostis P came and changed the main shutoff valve in our house that was broken and pouring out water. He was absolutely amazing. So friendly and went out of his way to help us. Even building a temporary pipe system out of pvc to funnel the water into the basement floor drain while we waited for the City to come shut off the water. Excellent service that I would recommend to anyone!

    Peace of mind the job was done right!

    I am very happy with all the services that I received so far from priority plumbing. Trevor was excellent, he explained things really well and made sure that all was fixed. Even though there were a lot of issues with my old house. I also feel that I have a guarantee, piece of mind that it was done right. If anyone has complicated issues, Trevor is your guy.
