    Clogged drain cleared!

    First time calling Priority Plumbing when no amount of plunging/dangerous chemicals could unclog our toilette. Matt W was super professional yet personable. He laid out all my options and their respective costs, explaining to me what each procedure was. The price point may be a little steep ( especially if you're a student like me) but there are no surprises, and you're paying for quality service. He even cleaned the area despite my lack of a toilette brush. Overall, if you need a job done and done well, these are the guys and gals to call.

    New vanity installation

    I called Priority Plumbing to install a new vanity I had purchased for my powder room. Greg was fantastic. He was very pleasant to deal with and did a great job! He cleaned up very well and I would highly recommend him. Great Job Greg!

    New Faucets in Bathroom

    I called Priority Plumbing last week because my bathroom facuets were old, leaking and ugly. They called ahead which was great because I work a lot. The plumber had an assortment of taps in the truck and was able to get the job done quickly and professionally. He cleaned up rather well and overall I'm impressed with the service.

    Service

    On a second visit Trevor corrected a problem even though we had no warranty. He was willing to go the extra mile to figure out what was wrong and put things right.

    Fixing leak under kitchen sink and replacing valve on water heater

    Greg T was professional, efficient and knowledgable. He spotted a problem with the water heater in addition to the main problem and fixed both. The company is great and we have a plan with them due to other visits they've made. They are always reliable, tidy and professional. Highly recommend!

    Plumbing

    Priority offered great. service. The technician came during the window allotted and their office called that morning to confirm that all was well. They used a camera to show me the reason for the blockage in my pipes so I could see for myself. They offered options at various costs and came back the next morning to complete the job as it req'd some specialized equipment. They have set prices for certain jobs that they can show you. Trevor was great at walking me through the handbook and outlining my future options for major work as I have some roots growing into my drain. (fun!) But no pressure, just informative.

    Water Radiator System Startup

    Allison was very pleasant and attentive and set up an appointment for the following day. Greg assessed the job and was very professional in his explanation of the requirements. The work was professionally done and completed in a 7 hour period. I would have to say the cost was totally outrageous. Problem being I didn't have a choice it was getting cold. Even though the work was well done and the service was great I would have a hard time telling friends not to shop around and get quotes. On a positive note they did respond rapidly and the work was done professionally.

    Broken faucet

    Quick, knowledgeable, friendly service from Greg. As an added bonus, he took extra time to explain how the water system worked at our house (we recently moved into an older house). Great experience all around.

    Clogged Shower Drain

    just had a really terrific service experience from Priority Plumbing today! As I was going about my morning routine, my shower backed up and it was really gross. I called Priority Plumbing based on great reviews. The lady (Allison) was so nice and friendly when I called. Austin came over about on hour later. Upon arrival, he had his own floor mat and literally gave me the `red carpet`treatment. About an hour later the job was done and all cleaned up nice. Not just a quick pick up of the tools, I mean disinfected and shiny. I am really impressed with the professionalism of this company.

    Backed up Main Drain

    Backed up portion of the main drain in the house. Had to replace part of pipe due to tree roots. Priority Plumbing responded quickly and was able to quickly assess the problem and propose several (cost) options. They were knowledgeable and did the work quickly. Cost was outrageous (in my opinion) considering it was 20$ worth of PVC pipe and $3 worth of cement, but it is what it is. Problem is solved and basement is dry. The joys of home ownership. I would definitely recommend them to someone else.
