    Plumbing

    We requested a service call when our Hot Water Tank supply had sprung a leak from a poorly soldered connection (previously done by another plumber). A plumber was able to come within 24 hours (we shut off the supply valve until then) and he was courteous and fast in completing the job. Though it was a minor repair it was handled as though it was urgent, especially since it was over the holidays. Great service, overall.

    Leaking shower stall into basement

    Priority plumbing was a no show once (they say they called but they didn't) and then called 15 minutes prior to the end of the arrival timeframe for their SECOND scheduled date and told us they wouldn't be able to make it. They eventually showed up on their third call and fixed the problem (but had to come back a FOURTH time to do the repair). Plumber who showed up was very nice and professional. Support staff were unhelpful and borderline rude. I will not use them again, we only agreed to a third call because we were in a bind.

    Burst Pipe

    I had a pipe burst on the main floor that was leaking into the basement. I was lucky that it was contained, but we still had to turn off our water at the source. And with the crazy winter, it was hard to find a plumber. Other companies were booked up for 2 days, but Greg form Priority Plumbing came the same day, and even called a 1/2 hour before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. That might not seem like a big deal, but I find service people rarely follow through on this commitment. Anyway, Greg quickly determined the problem and provided me with a few options, and had it all fixed up shortly afterwards. He was able to reach the problem from the basement, saving me having to cut holes in any walls upstairs, as well as considerable expense. I also opted to become a Service Partner. The plan more or less paid for itself, and gives discounted work and includes a video sewer inspection in the future. I plan on installing a backwater valve this spring, so for me it seemed like a pretty good investment. It wasn't cheap, but I feel very confident about the company and the work that Greg performed.

    Plumbing - Replace Main Building Trap

    We used Priority Plumbing to replace the main building trap in our front yard. We called them with backed up floor drains in our house the day before Christmas Eve and they had a technician out that day who offered immediate action. We had a full crew out on Christmas Eve that dug a 4'x4' hole in our front yard. They replaced the 100 year old trap with two modern cleanouts in approximately four hours and we were back and better than ever. The excavation crew did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards going so far as to sprinkle snow over top of the area that they had exposed making it look like no one had been there. We were very pleased with the level of professionalism and speed of the job.

    faucetfix

    my bath faucet was stuck, Luckily plumber Trevor, was available on the same day..and we were loosing water he was, reasonably helpful and truthful about the issue. He spent time to explain how to fix the minor issue in future...we Really appreciated that. Only wish the charges weren't so steep!

    Replaced gaskets and hoses

    Priority Plumbing replaced our gaskets and hoses and fixed a leak in our upstairs bathroom. It was a good experience. Trevor explained what he was doing and why. He was very respectful of our home.

    new mixing valve, new kitchen faucet

    I spent more than I would have liked, but am extremely happy with the results. Friendly, polite, and efficient work. My service person was extremely knowledgeable. Very satisfied customer of Priority Plumbing.

    stop valve

    Excellent service. I will recommend Trevor. He has a nice blend of technical know-how and good customer service. I will continue to use their services for all my plumbing needs.

    Hot water

    I was quite impressed with Greg when he assessed issues concerning my hot water tank. He responded quickly and was very thorough in his analysis, clearly outlining the options available to me.

    Repair leaking pipe, fix tap

    Fast, efficient and effective service from Kostis who came the same day as I called, permitting an on-going renovation to proceed in a timely way. Very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend them happily to anyone.
