We had a leak coming in the back room, and we called a bunch of waterproofing companies. Some of them didn't even return our calls, others wanted us to pay for a quote. When we contacted RCC Waterproofing, Jeffery M. called us back the same day, and booked an appointment for us the next day. His inspection and quote were free, and he explained to us that our issue wasn't even a waterproofing issue, it was a plumbing issue. So even though we didn't even go with RCC Waterproofing to fix the issue, we were really happy with the patience and knowledge that Jeffery had; there was no pressure from him to do work that we didn't need to do. I would recommend RCC to anyone who needs waterproofing. I called when my basement had a leak coming through the wall. Daniel was the sales rep and he was great to deal with. He quickly came to see the leak, and gave quotes right away. He explained all the options, which helped me understand and pick the option that was best for me. Because my basement was unfinished, I decided to waterproof the entire basement before I get it finished. I would give RCC a call and ask for Dan if you have a leak in the GTA.Answer from pro:

I am extremely satisfied with the work on my foundation completed by RCC Waterproofing. "Ramy" provided a very reasonable quote with a reliable date for completion of the job. He was friendly and approachable and thoroughly explained the job and the lifetime warranty. "Omar" was the team lead on my project. Omar worked tirelessly on the job demonstrating a good work ethic and a was an exemplary role model. This team arrived in the morning, They hand dug 4 areas in my foundation down to the footings. They performed all the necessary repairs and replacement of all four window wellsand completed the job by dark the same day. I have never seen a crew labour as hard as these young men with very few breaks. The job was completed seamlessly and the cleanup was amazing. I really want to commend Omar. He was so customer focused, friendly and a great role model. I hope he and every member of his team gets the recognition they derserve. I would highly recommend RCC to all my friends and family! When our basement flooded this past summer I contacted a few waterproofing companies for an estimate. Each had different approaches to deal with the issue as well as wildly different costs. When Ramy from RCC showed up to provide as estimate he gave me a no nonsense and honest assessment of what needed to be done at a fair price. Booking the job in with RCC was very easy. When the work crew led by Mike showed up to do the work they were very professional and left the area where the work was done neat and tidy when they were done. The job become more complicated once the work started but Ramy and Mike got it done and in line with the original estimate. We had some flooding in our basement during the storms this summer. After calling RCC we were able to set a time to meet with Daniel. He gave us a few options and we ended up installing a sump pump. They found where the leak was coming from within minutes of being there and the entire job took less than a day. They dug a trench outside, sealed the cracks and filled bavk the hole.
