    Waterproofing Basement

    My waterproofing experience with RCC was a job well done. Not sure about what I have been reading from the other reviews, but my wife and I had a great experience to say the least. Basement is super dry even after the weather we have been getting lately. I would highly recommend these individuals. Good luck to the rest. Signed, Very Happy Client!!!!

    Waterproofing Basement

    From the initial phone call to RCC's office to the end of the the job completion we were extremely satisfied with the work was done at our house, we appreciate all the effort and hard work that was performed by RCC. We recommend RCC to anyone who has waterproofing problems

    Waterproofing

    Experience very similar to previous review. Salesperson very knowledge and professional - wrote a very detailed quote of what they would do. However, I do not think the workers recieved a copy. I had to remind them several times to read the quote. Also, they would promise to show up but would not. Very difficult to contact - everyone's voicemail was full therefore could not leave a message.

    Sorry for your experience.Our office has 11 people in it and 14 telephone lines and 20 email adresses. It is impossible not to contact us.The workers have your signed contract on site and perform the work from it.Some of our staff has been with us for 40 plus years and completed thousands of jobs needless to say they know what they are doing.We start and finish jobs never leave only due to weather.We would love to have heard from you direct as we are not a member of this site and do not pay, entice, or beg people to write reviews.Anyone is welcome to visit our facility and see how we keep customer profiles and info from the first time they call,pictures of house,workers on site,notes and concerns. We are second to none in our industry and pride ourselves on a job well done therfore we cant help if we dont know.It truly is a dirty job and you will not find a cleaner waterproofing contractor.Its all we do.

    Waterproofing outside cracks at the side of house

    Jamie was pleasant and explained everything -- very knowledgeable about the job. Not sure whether the way they replaced the dirt/limestone etc.. around the house was done well but my husband placed the interlocking bricks back and it looks great again. The main thing is that there has not been any leaks so far.
