RCC did a great job. When i first got prices I didnt know how hard the work was.Now that it is completed wow was it alot of work and RCC did a great job. Clean neat and tidy.Thanks we will use you in the future for sure. However hopefully we wont need you

The work was done in October 2010 and I was impressed with the workers. Over all I am very impressed with RCC. rcc waterproofing did a fine job in stopping the leak we were having in our basement. Came on time, finished job, and left area almost in same condition as was before job.

Great company to work with. There were a few problems with job, however they were fixed quickly. Very well organized and clean workmanship. Provided clear estimate with work to be done outlined in detail.

I deliberately waited until the Winter and of course Spring was over until posting a review ...although Spring is still here , I have all the confidenc in the world that our basement won't be wet ! We bought a house last June , and as you may all recall , it rained practically every weekend last summer , well after one particular heavy down pour , I noticed a few puddles forming on my floor in my basement . Having known that the previous owner had tried fixing the problem himself , I knew we must have some cracks and thus leaks in our foundation . Called RCC and they showed up quite promptly , gave us an estimation and told us exactly what needed to be done , including drawing a picture of the excavation process . Entire problem was fixed in a few hours on one day . I like that they gaurantee their work for 20 years . The staff was quite knowledgable and friendly . Its a fair chunk of change , but when it comes to your home , THATS an investment and thats a chunk of change . I wanted the job to be done and done right , and as the saying goes " you get what you pay for " . So far I am quite pleased with the workmanship and everything seems to be holding up nicely .....lets see what this summer brings re rainfall and if anything goes wrong I will be sure to post .

We had experienced small rivers in our basement due to leakage for a couple of years. During summer of 2009 the problem could no longer be ignored as it had escalated to a mould issue. It was December by the time we secured the funds to do the job. Upon calling RCC Rick came out to do an assessment and give us a quote. He was very courteous and gave us a folder of information about the company and the general work involved in waterproofing. He drew a clear diagram of what we could expect at our home right on our quote. Another company who had provided a quote not only gave us a much higher price but he was very surly and abrupt with us. The team arrived in January despite the freezing temperatures and snowfall. They got the job done quickly. They did leave a bit of a mess in the front yard but they are due to come back in the spring to level the dirt and top up with gravel. They honestly recommended that we waterproof the front and back of the house as well within 5 years. The damage to the foundation on the side of the house is likely happening/will happen in other areas. We will certainly call them back to completely waterproof our semi-detached home when our budget allows.

We recently purchased a house that needed an entire inner weeping system installed. From the first day that Jamie came to meet with me, I knew this was the company we would be using. Jamie was professional, knowledgeable and honest. For once, I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. I called him numerous times with questions and he was always willing to take the time to answer no matter how busy he was. He made me feel like I was RCC's main priority. We were very tight for time and had to have the basement waterproofed earlier than expected because we had to have the basement framed and spray foamed and were unable to switch those dates, I called both Jamie and Anthony and the next day there were about 20 guys in our basement working quickly to help us out. The basement was done in 2 days! The job was EXCEPTIONAL! All of their work was guaranteed. I thought the process was going to take much longer but these guys were exceptional! Thank you Jamie for continually answering my calls and questions and for truly helping me out. I will recommend you again and again and again. Thank you for everything! You restored my faith in the industry.

Found a leak in our basement after a severe rain storm. Called RCC. While it took a while to actually arrange an time to get the work done, (this is because they must be in demand), they did come out on the day they were scheduled and completed the job efficiently. The salesman who initially came out gave us a clear understanding of what was required and what would be done. True to his word, that was exactly how things went. The workmen even cleaned up the work site when they were done. After contacting a number of waterproofing firms, I am confident that I found one of the best out there. I hope that i never need their services again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to have them back.

RCC was very fast, less than 2 days to complete two sides of our house. They used a Kobota tractor to dig around the exterior of the house and replaced the weeping tile. They place a waterproof membrane around the house. Our leak was immediately stopped.
