I am very honoured to meet a nice guy from RCC by the name of Naggy Saad and am immensely grateful to him for he taken the time to check from where the water was actually coming, even though I was apprehensive about all the extra water coming into my basement, he very gently told me that we need to find out from where the water is coming. We finally found out that the water was not coming from outside but from a leak in the kitchen drain. He did not charge me a penny for all the time he taken to check everything out. I would recommend him to any and everyone. He did me the greatest favour, and has saved me a whole lot of money and time. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart.

The job was done sometime a year ago. This year, the cement covering the wall cracks from the ground to around two feet up peeled off exposing the cracks. Called the company and the guy Bruno was sent to inspect. He said his responsibility covered only the ones below the ground. I told him the reason I had it waterproofed was because the cracks were visible and might have continued below ground. In other words, fixing the cracks above the ground were supposed to be part of the job that I paid for. But he insisted that fixing only the cracks below the ground was his job, and he blamed the highway on the other side of the wall as the culprit. I thought the change in weather could have broken the poorly installed cement cover. If I want a more permanent solution, the guy told me to have membranes installed to cover the above ground cracks and this would be another job that I have to pay for. I felt dissatisfied with this response.

Nobody likes to spend money on leaky basements but I have to say the guys at RCC made it as painless as possible. RCC are very professional, show up when they say they will and perform the work in a timely manner. A special mention to Dominic who was very helpful and I would strongly recommend this company.

My experience was good. I dealt with Rick in setting up the work. Once the work was finally scheduled the team arrived and Chris was the head man. They appeared competent and proceeded to do the work. They left the work area clean and orderly. They were polite and professional. Of course the real test will be if this is the end to the water issues in the repaired area and that i do not have to call on your 20 year guarantee. Time will tell. Would i refer other people to RCC Waterproofing? The answer is yes.
