Having to move on my birthday was something I was not looking forward to. However, the "sons" from Rent-A-Son made the whole experience relaxed and stress free. From the initial consultation with Erika to the movers packing/moving my furniture, the experience was professional and worry-free for me. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the "sons". They showed up earlier then their scheduled time, and took their time to wrap ALL my furniture. Nothing was damaged during the move. They were both considerate, and I am very thankful for their services. I hightly recommend Rent-A-Son for their professionalism. Thanks again!

I have used Rent-a-Son over the years and have been very happy. They now offer additional services of Gardening, and Moving, Not only were they professional when it came to all the services, whether it was the landscaping, cleaning up the house for moving or the movers themselves I can find no fault with them. They are the upmost professional in all their attitudes and work ethic. You could do no wrong in hiring them to do any job in or around your house. They know their jobs and they do their work without much direction or question, they really know what to do.

The job was on budget as well as on time with the estimate they provided. Both members of the crew were very courteous and professional, and paid special attention to some of the more fragile items. I need to do another move in short order and look forward to working with this company again, and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a mover.

Probably the best moving experience I've ever had. Friendly and courteous customer service. They described services up front without me having to ask. The estimate was right on and their rates were much better than most large companies for the time I was moving. On move day, they called early in the morning to let me know they were going to be 10-15min late and then apologized for the lateness. When does that ever happen? The guys were super nice, fast and professional. They helped me place furniture and took it apart and put it back together with no damages or other issues. I would recommend them to anyone who asks and I will only use them in the future.

I have used Rent-A-Son's services for the past 4 years for moving home, yardwork, assembling IKEA furniture, and now painting my son's bedroom. The staff are punctual, well-groomed, curteous and very helpful. I recommended their sevices to friends and family routinely.

We're moving, and sold our house to a builder who is planning to demo it. With thousands of dollars of landscape rock, it made sense to move it rather than buy more at the new place. Rent-a-Son stepped up to a heavy labour job that others would not. Further, the team of "Sons" hit the task head-on. Courteous and friendly, they took initiative, used safe measures and got the job done. We would sincerely like to thank Matthew, Ryan, Dylan and Nathan for their fantastic attitudes and extremely heavy, hard work. They demonstrated respect for us and our property, and completed a full clean-up when they were done. Additionally, because they can do many different jobs, they could take on additional tasks around the property when the first one was done, and there was time left.

I chose Rent-a-Son because I had read so many great reviews, and they were all accurate! I moved from a one-bedroom in a big apartment building to a one-bedroom basement and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. The booker was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The movers were really nice guys who took apart and put together everything that needed to be, and absolutely nothing was damaged in the move. It only took about three hours total. The quote they provided was accurate. This was the first time I've moved completely on my own, and they made this intimidating experience very easy for me!

The guys were on time, very professional and courteous. They kept checking with us to make sure they were doing everything the way we wanted it done. Would recommend them for sure.

The project was to clear out the unneeded items that were filling a garage. The staff at Rent-a-son were highly professional, efficient, courteous and prompt. I have no hesitation to use them again or to recommend their services to anyone.

I had a great experience. I got two movers who were very friendly and helpful. Most of my stuff was already packed but in addition to moving they were very willing to help me disassemble some larger pieces (bed, etc). I was moving in a winter snowstorm and they were very careful to be quick and minimized any snow impact! Only (minor) downfall is that I got upsold at the beginning on the hours required to move. Bought too many, and only needed two hours ...
