This is my first experience with Rent-a-Son and I couldn't be happier. Aslan and Sergei were friendly, professional, fast, careful, and simply exceeded my expectations in every way. Rob in the office was fantastic to work with as well. I highly recommend Rent-a-Son and will be using them again.

Brock and Wealth were prompt, polite, careful and diligent workers. However, I was most impressed by their ability to problem solve when things, through no fault of their own, didn't go exactly as planned. They didn't take a break (not event for water) and finished the job in time for me to take care of an emergency vet situation that happened shortly after they left. We had to move a family of six - no small undertaking. We had a full day, lots of challenges (heavy exercise equipment, lots of fragile things, big items in a three floor narrow stairwell at the new home) - and the team got it done without a hitch. Shout out to Oriki, our foreman and the whole crew: Adrian, Paulo, Theodore, Romario and Brock. Each and every one was a pro, friendly and courteous. Thanks, guys!

At first, we approached the company for a quotation and Amanda contacted us. She was amazing. She handled each of our questions very well and knew clearly what would a customer expect for moving services. We felt extremely calm when all of our concerns were addressed by her patiently. On the moving day, there were 4 people including the driver, came to our unit to pick up our stuffs. We did not have to do anything and they did everything at their own. Whichever that was needed to be wrapped was wrapped properly. Whenever we needed to make any communication, Junior answered us very professionally and well too. They were so experienced and could foresee our concerns and always came with good solutions. When it came to the next day to offload our stuffs at our new place at another city, there were only Junior and Jakeem. Despite only two of them, again, they handled everything very well. They were so considerate to take care of each of the furniture / items, and also the condition of our unit. We really felt grateful for that. In addition, our new place does not come with proper loading bay and we were worried if that would increase the troubles which might lead to an increased charge. Not saying that the place was full of snow. Both Junior and Jakeem were very efficient and managed to complete their task wonderfully. Throughout the moving process, the communication was smooth. Everyone worked on things efficiently without delays and the whole moving was done within the timeframe. They care about your unit and furniture conditions, despite big or small. We read lots of negative moving experiences online and were so worried if we would have to face the same things. After engaging with Rent-a-son, we knew we made the right choice. If you are looking for a moving services company that would give you a peace of mind, I strongly recommend this company.

I recently had a move and was very satisfied. I found John my first point of contact —to be excellent. He was very thorough and courteous. When I had a question regardless of the question —he responded promptly. The movers Jack, Jakeem, and Barry worked very hard and moved everything in great time. They also were courteous— those things important to me! Thank you to Rent a Son for making my move stress free!!

Hardworking and friendly "sons" (Oriki and Theodor) worked quickly and efficiently. I needed furniture disassembled and a bit of last minute help with packing the TV and such which they provided. The complimentary wardrobe boxes really came in handy as we ended up needing more space than I thought. This is my second time using Rent a Son and I will certainly use them again. Excellent service.
