    Moving from Midtown to New Toronto

    Hired Rent-a-Son for a local move from a two-bedroom apartment to a home. From quote to loading and unloading the team was extremely friendly and professional. Rob provided a very accurate quote and the crew of Mike, Abdur, and Joseph we're careful and efficient with the move. I'm glad we decided to go with Rent-a-Son and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is moving locally in Toronto.

    Full condo move, Downtown Toronto

    Friendly, professional staff from the coordinators to the movers. Everything as expected (over and above) and really technologically streamlined for what is a traditionally "low-tech" industry. Easy to get an accurate quote and to change details with confidence that the message was relayed properly. Important to us: the movers were friendly and considerate to our condo staff and the rules of the building which makes EVERYTHING go so much smoother. These guys are pros.

    Moving from downtown Toronto to North of Belleville

    Movers arrived on time and were careful with the belongings - they were efficient in loading the truck and getting back onto the road - it was a 2 hour drive (according to google maps) to arrive at destination but the drive took closer to 2.5 hrs which as discussed with the coordinator is reasonable considering they are driving a truck and need to be careful on the highway - I respect that and have absolutely no complaints about that! Unloading the truck was a breeze - again they were efficient and asked where the items where to be placed (they used runners on the hardwood floor as it was a day after a snowstorm) - they were extremely helpful in lifting a king size mattress (weighing over 250 lbs) onto a loft area (they couldn't take the stairs as it was a winding staircase) - I greatly appreciated their help and still don't know how they managed with just the two of them!! Absolutely a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any type move

    Day long move

    Team was outstanding! One item they had to move was a large pinball machine which they did with precision & care. Looking forward to hiring Rent A Son in the future.

    Loading a pod

    David and Adjay showed up on time and worked hard. Loaded the pod quickly and showed knowledge of how to protect the better furniture. Good workers, would hire them again.

    Moving

    Moving

    Mark, Dave and Kyle did a fantastic job with our move. Professional, friendly, and very efficient. I would highly recommend them! Amanda also did a great job coordinating. I'll definitely go with Rent-A-Son for our next move.

    Packing and moving

    As advertised, our rented sons arrived punctually, packed our belongings carefully and in less time than estimated, and moved our things with equal efficiency and care. Extremely professional, courteous and fantastic service.

    Moving my home

    The foreman Junior and his crew were fantastic in taking care of the move from the minute they arrived until all the work was finished. They took good care of all the furnitures and boxes. They took apart everything carefully and put everything together just as carefully. All the while doing this during a major snow storm. I moved before, and by far they were the best movers I have used
