We hired Rent-a-Son to move our furniture to our new home. I was very pleased when they showed up 15 minutes early, and promptly went to work, laying mats along all traffic areas, and taking a tour and asking specific questions to ensure they knew everything they were doing. Furniture was wrapped and packaged carefully whenever necessary, and the whole job was completed ahead of schedule. Friendly, hard working guys. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

The movers were great, very courteous, spoke excellent English and were very timely. They thought "outside the box" and dealt with minor issues very well. I would definitely use Rent a Son again!

I had Rent-a Son help me move a few boxes and repack them. My daughter also had a few chores to be done in her condo. Adam who was sent to assist us did a commendable job. He was punctual, efficient, personable and courteous. I would unreservedly recommend the company for any help you might need in the house. No doubt, I will seek their assistance in future.

Nice guys, generally careful. Underestimated amount of time it would take to move, but management agreed to revise final bill to both our satisfaction. Drove truck on my neighbor's lawn but company agreed to repair it. Company is committed to doing good work and righting things that went wrong during move.

My wife and I sold our condo and had to move. We found Rent a Son on Homestars and hired them to move us due to the positive ratings. We were extremely happy with the move. It was very easy to setup from the initial call to moving day. The two guys that came arrived right on time and were very friendly and professional. They carefully wrapped all the furniture and glass items and treated them as if they were there own during the move. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again if I ever have to move again.

My fiance and I sold our condos and bought a house together. The condo closing dates were a week apart. Rent-a-son picked up his stuff, moved it to storage, moved it out of storage, picked up my stuff and delivered everything to our new home. Our movers, Marc and Seamus were on time (both days), professional, fast, and took great care with our stuff. They were awesome!! The entire process with Rent-a-son (from getting the estimates to booking, moving and billing) was smooth and we wouldn't hesitate hiring them again or recommending them to others! Thanks for taking some of the "moving stress" off our shoulders!!

I hired Rent-a-Son this summer to help me move. It was just a few streets over. They came on time finished fast. Save me money best thing of all. Thank you I will never us another company again.

I hired 2 rent-a sons to help with my move in Dec. 2012. I rented the truck myself to save money. We picked up the truck at 9am and my sons arrived promptly and I gave them a friendly walk through of my 2 story bungalow. They packed the truck up exactly as I asked room by room, worked hard with barely a 5 min. break for 3 hours. They were professional, friendly, and quite efficient. We drove to the new house while they went for lunch. They unpacked the truck in 2 hours going up and down stairs, having to remove a downstairs door to fit in my puffy furniture and never complained once. (like real sons would have). They remained cheerful and upbeat the entire time. I sent my husband Tony out to get them a box of donuts to munch on. I felt they needed some sugary fuel (like a good mom would). We finished up, chatted some more and they left. They were 45min. over the estimated time but I did not mind one bit paying these gentleman for an extra hour. We have moved 5 times in the last 10 years and this was by far the best price and most stressfree of the bunch. I will hire a son again, maybe to put privacy lattice up on my huge chainlink backyard fence. I am in my 40's and only have canine sons. Rent-a-son is perfect for us. I highly recommend them.

I used Rent-A-Son in April and May of 2011 in a 2 stage move. They picked up all my belongs and stored them for 1 month before delivery to my new rental. They were very accommodating with pickup and delivery times and all my items were properly cared for and were delivered undamaged. I will be using them again in the near future for another move without hesitation.

I recently moved to my new house on Mississauga Road, and had alot of furniture, toys, and other thing to go about moving. I was willing to go about moving everything to the new place myself by renting a van for a few hours, but thankfully i ended up working with this great contractor. They were very punctual and had everything done by the promised date. 100% satisfaction from both sides :) Would definitely consider them over all other options and contractors..
