Rent-a-son and their team were outstanding! They were prompt, very helpful and did a great job moving my mother from one apartment to another in the same building. I would recommend them to anyone!

Rent-a-Son provided an amazing service. Joe and his guys were moving non-stop for 9 hours, no any delays, nothing was damaged, they helped us to re-pack some items we did not pack properly. Also we got lots of useful advises from Erika (our coordinator) before moving. All was beyond any expectations. Timing and final price were much better than any of our previous moves. The quote we got form Rent-O-Son was pretty precise. Payment was done by charging out credit card a few days after we moved and we recieved a very detaled invoice.

We are very satisfied with the service we received from Rent-a-son who we used for our move in November. Erika from the office was very helpful and took the time to explain their process to us.The crew arrived right on time and got to work without delay. We were amazed with how quickly they got all our stuff out of the house and into the truck -we thought it was going to take at least double the time that it actually took. We were especially surprised with how quickly and confidently they removed a huge piece of furniture from the second floor and fit it through the stairwell and into the truck. Something that took the store delivery guys about an hour when this piece was originally delivered from the store, took these guys about 5 minutes - amazing. When unloading the truck and moving our stuff into the new house we appreciated how Sons were careful with the walls when getting the stuff in. Service was great. Our move coordinator Erika was a breath of fresh air compared to the other companies we had been dealing with. They were able to accommodate our move dates and complete the move within 2 days, unlike any of the competing companies who wanted to deliver our things days later. Crew was punctual and professional. Nothing broken or scratched. We are very satisfied and would definitely use them again. We have a lot of stuff so the price reflects that but generally their prices are very comparable to other companies...except they offer better service.

This is the third time we have used Rent a Son's moving service in the last year and a half. Each time we had a different crew of three "sons", and each time the move went very well and the guys were very professional. By the third move we were able to get a nice discount and because they now have larger trucks, we actually paid less for our final move than we did for the first two. Also the sales and admin. staff are great to deal with... all in all we enjoyed three relatively easy moves of a household of five within a year and a half and Rent a Son were a huge a huge contributor to that success!

I believe in singing the praises of those who are deserving of them, and Rent-A-Son is definitely deserving! This was hands down the most stress-free, worry-free, and absolute BEST move I've ever experienced. The guys were fantastic - on time, polite, thorough, and fast-moving. We even finished a few minutes early - BAM!! And Hussein deserves a special shout out as he was so helpful and understanding through all my changes and updates to the schedule (I was moving stuff from 3 different cities!). I'd highly recommend Rent-A-Son to anyone who wants to have a stress-free move. Tammy I will definitely be tweeting, facebooking, and singing your praises to anyone who will listen. We hired Rent-a-Son based on their reviews on Homestars. Everyone we were in contact with at the company was very professional and courteous. Erika was very responsive to our questions throughout the quote and booking process. The moving crew arrived on our move day on Dec. 15 fifteen minutes early and promptly started to work. They took great care with our belongings, ensuring everything was properly protected. It was no small task moving us out of 4 story townhouse! In the end the move cost came slightly under estimated due to their efficiency. We are very pleased with Rent a-son's service and would recommend them to our family and friends.

INCREDIBLE...is the best word to describe my experience with Rent -A-Son. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and will spread the word on this top notch company. Our movers (named Justin & Silvio) were very professional, conscientious, swift and also possessed amazing attitudes. Our 5 hour move turned into a 9 hour move...and neither of them flinched. Their stick-to-it-ness was commendable!!! Patrick, the coordinator was also extremely helpful from beginning to end. KUDOS to all!

We were throughly impressed with the service level from start to finish - from the customer service I received from Erika who coordinated our reservation to the 3 movers (Joel, Taylor and Stefano?) who did the moved. They were punctual, personable, hard working and efficient. They wrapped everything up and was very careful with our stuff. It was also completed ahead of schedule. Before this moved, I was very hesitant with moving companies as I've heard a lof of horror stories. I would definitly not hesitate to recommend Rent a Son to family and friends. It was worth every penny.
