In light of all the recent break-in's, home invasion's etc... our family decided to protect ourselves by having a monitored security system installed at our residence. Safe Tech's sales rep was knowledgeable, courteous and well-versed in today's security offerings. I highly recommend their company and services!

Safetech is a gift of peace of mind. Now we feel even more protected. Exellent service. Whenever the alarm goes off we allways get a call to make sure that everything is ok.

Last year while I was away on vacation my home was broken into. It was a terrible feeling getting the call from my neighbour and hearing that my front door had been kicked in. I run a small day care and I hired SafeTech to install an electronic access system for the front door of the day care. The door can be opened with the simple swipe of a key tag. Now I am able to give key tags to all of the parents so they have access to the day care. This security system definitely makes parents feel secure and has helped me grow my business. These days I find more and more that people don’t appreciate your business and as a result customer service in general is going down. Because of this whenever I have good customer service it sticks out to me. I am pleased to recommend SafeTech on the basis of their customer service. I think when you have something as important as an alarm system you should be able to call up the company and talk to someone at all times. I have had a home alarm system for a few years but I was not always a customer with SafeTech. I originally had my system installed and monitored by another company. When I was with the other company I experienced terrible service, I had many false alarms and technical issues and whenever I called them they were condescending. When the contract ended I could not wait to take my business to another company. I chose SafeTech after spending some time on their website and learning about the kind of company they were. After they took over I had one false alarm and they responded quickly, they found out why it went off and told me how to prevent it from happening again. This customer service has really made me feel valued.

I really felt that this went above and beyond what I was expecting from a security company and as a result I have employed them to monitor my alarm system for over 10 years. Today’s world is not perfectly safe like past. When I and my family moved from Australia, we were not worried about safety and security for my family. Especially I found their technical service department people are very nice and efficient. I don’t mind to spending 25 dollar a month because I think I invested this amount for my loving once security & safety to the right people .
