I got my home security system installed by Safetech Alarms last week. Peter, the installer was very thorough and proficient. His workmanship is excellent. He programmed the system the way I wanted. Safetech uses DSC equipment which is renowned for quality and reliability. Their after sales service is very impressive. I am very happy with Safetech and would not hesitate to recommend Safetech to family and friends.

I called 5 companies within a full week. Some of them don't bother to call me back. Safetech System co called me within 3 hours and in the next day a sale rep was visiting my house. The installation was clean and you can't see any wires Glad I called them.

They got the equipment up and running in 5 days. My store was still open but Igor and his team worked really fast. Highly recommended . One thing: make sure you have everything written , just in case if things will change during the working time. Safetech respected to the last minute and penny their contract

I used their promotion Free Alarm and had it fited on last Saturday. And i must say it has been the best alarm that I have had. The instructions manual that comes with it was easy to do with step by step configuration, even safetech did the whole work, but later on I need to add a few more users. When I moved in my current home in Mississauga, I quoted and decided to have Safetech to install my alarm system. When the technician came, he took off his shoes and walked in with a pair of clean shoes. I was so impressed that he paid attention to such a little detail thing. After looked around, he told me that my house was pre-wired for alarm system already, but the prewired locations of the motions on main floor were not ideal. He showed me the place that only 1 motion sensor could cover the whole area. As the result, he had to run a new wire for the motion, I saved the cost for the extra 1 motion. The installation was neat and clean. After the work done, he even cleaned up the areas for me. I have been using the system since then. I had two false alarms so far and got phone calls from Safetech right after to check alarm status. I am so glad that I chose Safetech. Not only I feel my family is safe and secured, but also Safetech demonstrates to its customers that Safetech is professional, client oriented and trustable.

They installed 3M Windows Film on my 15 windows and also Windows Bars to 5 windows as well. The price was fair, but in the way how they worked it amazed me. How clean and politely they did their job. I have a 1year old boy and he wasn't awake for the time when Safetech did their work. Great job ! highly recommended ! A+++++

Safetech surprised me . They didn't have in stock the surveillance camera I ordered but they gave me a newest model for the same price. Now, tell me other company who is willing to do that ? Any time I will recommend Safetech and his support staff to anybody interested into buy a alarm for theirs home.

I have been a SafeTech Customer for over 5 years. In that time I have never had any problems with them. The customer service and technicalsupport have been great. During the few times I had problems with my system SafeTech was quick to respond. Whenever I have had questions about my system or my billing SafeTech has been patient and accommodating. For our recently opened Canadian location, we are glad to have found Safetech for our security needs. I particularly like the web portal which allows us online access to our openings/closings and all details of our system, similar to what we have here. I found Maria prompt and resourceful. Also she did an excellent job of coordinating our local office with HO, and it was a smooth installation.
