She is always willing to go the extra mile for the client's requirements, and I found that very assuring. Keep up the good work.

What I like best about SafeTech is that they always call whenever there is something wrong and they don’t stop trying until they reach someone. At home we feel very protected knowing SafeTech is listening, especially when I am away my wife loves having SafeTech’s service. My System meets my needs all the time, whenever I have had to call the technical support line the staff has been great, always trying to help. SafeTech your customer service is excellent, keep up the good work.

The thing I like best about SafeTech is the reliability of their monitoring service. The SafeTech System I have works well to meet my security needs and I am satisfied with my level of protection. When I have had to call SafeTech’s technical support I was satisified with the response. I would love if they could send out monthly reports of alarm activity but overall I would recommend SafeTech to others.

We have used SafeTech at our six facilities and they have been able to adapt and accommodate all our needs. It is nice to know who to deal with on a first name basis. SafeTech has great customer service they are friendly, knowledgeable and help out like your best friends. The system we have meets our security needs; we have also merged our fire and burglary monitoring with SafeTech to save costs. The technical support is great as well it is nice to talk to staff on the other end that know you and can walk you through the steps. When I am looking to hire a company to do some work in my house, personal I am very picky. Like at this time, I was looking for an Alarm Company who can install the alarm for me and also to monitor my system. I started with ADT, that's the only company I know and I checked their price/service. They told me something that I don't like ( it's not the time and place to say what ) so I decided to go ahead and look for another company. In the first page of Google I found a few companies who shows up by the "home alarm" search criteria. SafeTech was one of them. And I wish to congratulate them for the amazing website they have because of that I gave them a call. Their service was excellent, the technician was so friendly and very knowledgeable. It works great, it is easy to use, I have never had any tech. issues and I feel that my business is safe and well protected. The only advice I would pass on to SafeTech Alarms is that I contacting your customers every 6 months or so would go a long way toward developing a better rapport with your customers. What has impressed me the most is how fast the company reponded to the two false alarms I had. The only issue I would bring up is I would really like to be able to pay my bill online through internet banking.
