Alarm system takeover
I had Safetech takeover an existing alarm system at a new home that I bought and despite some initial challenges with some modules needing to be replaced, through no fault of Safetech, they were professional and persistent in ensuring I was a satisfied customer.

Safe Tech Alarm Compay
I have been a satisfied Safe Tech customer for over 4 years. An issue arose regarding my keypad and I am happy to say that Malik at Safe Tech worked with me and treated me as a valued customer ensuring I was presented with options for a satisfactory resolution. Excellent customer service.

Weak signal
Received a call from ST monitoring , informing that the signal strength that they receive from my house is weak, A technician visit was arranged and they relocate the signal sender device to a better position ( new location was found by try and error test). and now all is in order.

Great Company

Safetech
The service is ok. Small company, I've had a few issues but overall I'm pleased with the service. If you're cost-sensitive you should consider this group as they're one of the more affordable options

We live in Red deer Alberta, and have been with SafeTec alarm systems for almost 6 years. The service and monitoring has been top notch. They hard wired our home after it was built and installed the system which has never had any problems to date. The monitoring has been great and we take advantage of the security guard option should we be away from home and police are dispatched security will check first, for a nominable per month. They are very cost competitive easy to reach whenever we’ve had questions or update information.we are confident to recommend SafeTech as your trusted Alarm Source , Larry

Office move
We moved from one office to the other in Brampton. The service we received from SafeTech was fantastic. Started with great planning and then on the day of the move the Technician set-up everything flawlessly. We ended up with a better system than we had before. Thank you so much for your help.

customer service great
I have been a client for 13 years and never had an issue. When we have had a power disruption, restoration has been a trivial exercise. Recently I had phone line issues and ST suggested I migrate to an Internet connection for a more solid line. The installation changeover was simple, convenient and quite quick. Peter ensured I could use the new system on my phone and at the new keypad before he left. Continues to work the same way, no surprises. Customer Service cares when we need.

Many clients today are eliminating their phone line and need to migrate their alarm connection over to a different communication pathway such as cell or internet. Usually at this time we will install an app on the clients smart phone so that they are able to manage the alarm from their phone. This is what we did for you. Glad you are enjoying it!

More Than Just Alarms...Service, Security and Professionalism
Having moved to a country property, we were looking to install security doors on our home. Right from the start, my point of contact, Sam, was very professional, helpful and available to answer any questions. Although security doors is not their main line of business, as compared to the install of alarm systems, I never felt like I was being given less than excellent customer service. From start to finish, with install and follow up, I would not hesitate to recommend Safetech. We are absolutely thrilled with our doors!

Excellent customer service and a reliable company
I have used Safe Tech Alarm Systems for 18 years. I bought my first home in 2001 and Safe Tech installed my system. For the past 18 years, I have received excellent service. I have never had an issue, and on the odd occasion when my system was not functioning properly, such as a low battery or testing my system, they are readily available to talk you through testing the system or changing the battery. This year, I required a panel upgrade, I received excellent customer service from Blesson in particular, he was extremely helpful and patient. After 18 years, it was determined that I needed an upgraded security panel. He arranged for a technician to re-install my new panel and program it. The tech, Peter, arrived right on time, and he did his work quickly and quietly. He even tested the alarm so that it didn't freak out my cats, or me! I recommend Safe Tech Alarm Systems and will continue to use them in the future.
