    Safe Tech Alarms

    We have been with Safe Tech Alarms for over 15 years. Always prompt response to any issue such as informing who will be in charge at our house when we are away. We test the system with tech dept yearly so we always know everything is working as it should. Recently we upgraded to include Connect2Go, remote alarm activation, arm & disarm over smart phone. Works like a charm. If you appreciate personal service then I highly recommend this company. They are Big enough to get the job done and small enough to know its customers by name. Marc De Mouy

    Alarm security

    It is a great experience having Security Alarm Monitoring through SafeTech . The customer Service is excellent,responsive and responsible. i had requested to upgrade my sysrem and Malik responded me in a timely manner to accommodate our need to include few sensors at our home to further strengthen security and safety measures. i asked for a specific convenient time and he respondedquickly by scheduling that time slot. Everything about the contract and charges was explained in detail as our expectations. Great Service !! recommend SafeTech to all.

    Surveillance Camera

    We have been with Safe Tech Alarms since 2006. Last year, we decided to install a surveillance camera looking at our driveway with a dedicated DVR for video recording. The system was installed efficiently and without any problem. The system also has wireless capability connected to our home wifi. I would certainly recommend them to my friends.

    Great Service

    Been with Safe Tech alarms for many years and have had great service through them. Luckily no real alarms have been triggered, but I have accidentally triggered the alarm several times and they have called within a min to check on things.

    Faulty Product, Terrible Service

    What can I say about SafeTech; I’ve received nothing but the run around since my alarm system decided to stop working all together sending out false alarms to the monitoring station as well as not detecting opened or closed doors while ‘armed’. I’ve contacted the company on numerous occasions and was promised calls back but up until this morning (after sending an email to Sean O’Leary; the Owner) did I receive a call back. Malyk contacted me to say that he’s found a resolution on the issue of my broken panel, “that it needed to be replaced” (it was installed in February 2016) and that generally there would be a charge but they’d do it for “free” due to the issues I’ve had recently and in the past, BUT (of course, yes, there’s always a but) I’d need to agree to ‘renew my contract’ (note; I emailed Malyk about a month ago cancelling my contract in February 2019 as my 3 year term is up; coincidence?) I refused and told him that this was exactly why I said I wanted to cancel. The lack of responsibility on SafeTech’s part has been unreal. I requested that they either fix the panel I have as I did purchase the warranty package for situations like this OR take back the system and end my contract 3 months early without any early exit fees. I don’t think that I’m asking for a lot considering I’m not requesting a refund for the collective months that I’ve paid for a service I wasn’t receiving. Malyk said he’d speak to the Owner regarding our discussion and get back to me today. I will post the response if/when I receive a call back.

    Service

    Great responsiveness to any alarms signals I had in the past , great customer service and nice and timely service was provided I’ve been with the company for years the past 10 years

    Security Installation

    Upfront cost fully explained and were able to work with our special circumstances after we moved to a new address. The technician was very knowledgeable and competent. No damage to walls, and a quick installation.

    Security System Removal and Install

    I have been using Safetech for our house alarm for the past 4 years. I had recently moved from one house to another and the transition in removing our old alarm system from our old house and installing a new system at our new house was professional handled. The installation team had a quick response to our request and was very accommodating.
