After many years with an "international" security company for unknown reasons they failed to reply to any requests we had made for advice or even how to add an upgrade to our existing system. Monthly payments continued to be withdrawn from our bank account. Exasperated, we finally sought out other security providers and chose a local company SafeTech. The changeover went smoothly thanks to the company's friendly and knowledgeable technician. We now look forward to our future security needs being supplied by SafeTech.

We hired Safetech to install a wired alarm system in our home. Sharon demonstrated excellent customer service by making sure to understand our objectives and providing insightful feedback to our questions. Andrew did a fantastic job installing the alarm system - everything works perfectly and now our home feels protected!

We have two retail stores using safetech alarm service over 14 year. We are closing one of the stores by the end of this month . I called safe tech a couple of weeks ago talking to a man about closing, he didn’t say anything about our closing instead keeping ask me to pass safetech information to the new tenant whom I don’t even know. And told me sending an email about time we will stop using the service. Till today no response. I called again Tuesday morning, Sharon made everything so smooth and easy! Her customer service is excellent!

I brought in SafeTech several years ago to handle our office alarm system which they did very competently. It made good sense for us to have them come in and take care of our home system as well. A competent, efficient job by a very courteous and reliable company. Thanks to Brant and SafeTech!
