I have been with Safe-Tech for over 15 years. All their client facing personnel such as Malik in Customer Service, Gabriel in Technical Support and Peter who makes house calls are competent, courteous, well mannered, and experts in their respective fields. All of them ensure that the client is 100% satisfied once you contact them. Once you are set up with the equipment everything else such as monitoring, Bank fees etc. are handled so smoothly by the team like clock work. I must admit I only had to contact them handful of times during last 15 or so years, as I had no reason, which cannot be said of other service providers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Safe-Tech to anybody who's is in the market for an Alarm Co. as they provide one of the best service for a reasonable fee.

We have been with Safetech going onto our 4th year. We originally signed a 3 year contract and were really satisfied with the service and price, and once our contract was up we decided to renew for another 3 years with upgraded technology. In the past 3+ years, whenever we have had an issue they have always been easy to get ahold of, and are very friendly. You cannot beat their price. I shopped around alot and they had the best product for that pricepoint.

We've dealt with Safetech for more than 12 years, and are very happy with their offering overall. Over a couple of renovations they have had to come and move a some motion detectors and equipment, so it's good to have a team of knowledgeable people on call. Last week we decided we want an upgrade to more modern technology with a touchscreen keypad and an app for our phones that we could use remotely to arm and disarm, and Sharon recommended the equipment we were looking for, and arranged an installer to come by in a few days. Sharon is knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and a real pleasure to deal with. With Safetech, I get the feeling that everyone there wants to help us get what we want, and there isn't any pressure to buy extra products and services. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

In 2016 after the contract was over and we hadn't used the system very much for three years, I decided to cancel the contract. I had an issue but now it has been resolved.

This company is absolutely amazing. The quality of service is great. Highly recommended for alarms and especially the camera system. We are able to see the outside of our house from anywhere on Earth that has wifi.

I had my alarm system upgraded to VOIP. Everything works great so far! Sharon was very helpful in getting things working. Currently, I can go through a website to arm/disarm the system. As a suggestion, it would be more convenient if safe tech alarm had an app for arming/disarming the system and monitoring the opening and closing of doors.

They have illegally charged my credit card for monthly service after my contract finished (even though I sold that house 3 years ago) They won't answer my phone or email messages to correct the issue. Followup - After receiving Sean's contact info, I was able to contact him directly and the company has since resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

I have been with Safetech for over 16 years. They initially installed the alarm system in my new home and initially helped ensure all the sensors were working correctly. Each time I have contacted them their customer service folk have been very helpful.
