Horrible company, they refused to service and fix my alarm. when I tried to cancel my alarm after the contract expired, they refused to acknowledge that the account was cancelled. They still keep sending me invoices, despite the fact it was cancelled in November 2016. Avoid this company, they are very dishonest!

Had Safe Tech install my system 11 years ago and functions perfectly to this day. I had to deactivate some smoke detectors and change some codes. The technician arrived on time and quickly completed all tasks.

Was looking to upgrade my system to wireless because we didn't want to keep our home phone. SafeTech was awesome. Sharon scheduled us an appointment the next week and when the technician arrived, early I may add, he noticed that we needed a wireless adapter. Sharon got in touch with me and we scheduled a new appointment for the next day. Tech arrived right on time and got to work. Explained everything and within an hour was done, fully checked the system to ensure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. Couldn't be happier with the service and although a free month is given for reach review of Safetech I would have reviewed them the same without the benefit of the free month. They are a great company to work with, I have no complaints whatsoever.
