We've been using Safetech to monitor our home alarm for the last 2 years. Since day one, they have been easy to deal with and very responsive to my emails. We've just moved again and Safetech was quick to get back to me to ensure that our new home alarm system was set up quickly. Sam and Sharon seem to always answer my emails right away regardless of time of day. Would highly recommend!

Everyone we dealt with was very prompt in their responses and provided in depth thorough explanations to any and all of our questions. They took care when setting up the alarm system and walked us through how everything worked so as to not have any issues.

The most important thing to take from this review is that safetech take reviews on homestars very seriously. I have been a customer for a while. I had no complaints during that time. I decided to part ways. While I felt the company didn't respond appropriately to my needs at first, after writing here, safetech went to great lengths to ensure I was satisfied.
