Recently had safetech install home alarm system. it was a breeze from the time I initiated communication regarding the installation to the time it got activated. was very concerned how installation will go since we planned to have a wired system , but installer was friendly and very qualified in the job, went very smooth and in short time we got activation same day. we had a few false alarms at start which was well attended. overall excellent service so far. Easy to get hold off customer service as well.

I had the privilege of working very closely with Safe Tech Security during the last Federal Election. I was in need of over 100 uniformed security guards to oversee the security of schools during the election. Excellent customer service! During installation from our previous provider, they actually advised us to change the back up battery, free of charge! Whenever we've had an incident whereby the alarm was triggered by mistake, they were very gracious and understanding. Thank you SafeTech!

I signed up unfortunately on a long term contract. After a year the system kept going offline every time I was away on business and I had to contact tech support to reset it. Got tired of doing it and told them about my dissatisfaction. Nothing was done and now they are sending me to collections. It's unbelievable how companies like Safetech sign you up on a contract and then threaten you with collections for not delivering the reliable service you signed up for. Stay away from this company.

I found Safe Tech online and was impressed by the high approval ratings. I had them install a monitored security system and camera, and I am very happy with our new alarm system.

Although I've only had my alarm with Safetech for a couple of months, I am very satisfied. The install was very smooth, the installer prompt, helpful and knowledgeable. I had no issues contacting my salesperson and was also very helpful. The alarm itself works as expected. I would definitely recommend this alarm company to friends.

We have been Customers with ST for 2 years now. Price was competitive and only security company that actually had Sales Rep came out to house to see the house layout. Quoted price was competitive as well as more accurate since rep came out. Install was done fast, but later had to be modified due to signal strength to sensors. Initially rep wanted us to pay for corrections. Emailed to explain that at initial install this should have been taken into consideration. Corrective action was taken and it was covered by Safe Tech.
