I signed up for a 3year contract without reading the fine print which was my mistake. I sold the house and moved to another location . The company was willing to work out a deal with me to cancel the remaining term of the contract.

Great value in alarm install and monitoring. Hardware cost was in line with peers and monthly fees seem to be lowest around. Service has been excellent; responsive staff at HQ and friendly installer.

I had inherited a older hardwired system in the house that I just bought which was not working. The previous owner of 2 years had not used the alarm and could not provide me with the pass codes. My challenge was to get it working, monitored, GMS upgraded plus new sensors and all at a reasonable price. Alarm tech was able to upgrade my system to run on a GMS alarm notification system so I now get the best of both hardwired and wireless alarm systems. I can control my alarm from a app, and the alarm system now activates using cellular signals rather then the phone line making it much less tamper proof. The upgrade and install cost was also about half of what was quoted by a direct local competitor. All in all we have now about 14 zones as the house coverage is about 6500 square feet. The install tech (Andrew) was very professional and did a good job installing many new sensors plus upgrading my control panel. The monthly monitoring costs are also very reasonable at about 35.00. Their post install programmer Michael was also very helpful and knowledgeable with additional programming that was required. I am very happy with SafetechAlarms and want to thank Sharon for throwing in additional sensors at no additional charge.

Peter was great to deal with. He informed me of all the various options available to me, and did not try to force me into one option or another; I preferred a hard-wire installation. The installer (also named Peter) was great and easy to work with. He was good and had no problem with installing additional motion sensors on the spot when I requested them. Very clean install with minimal damage or visibility.

A friend of mine recommended Safetech to me. I was treated with the utmost respect from the technician who came to my home. He was polite and knowledgeable about the system and was able to answer all of my questions. When our phone lines went down, a representative called me right away to advise that the system needed to be reset. I am confident that my house is secure with Safetech.

We had not used our alarm system since we bought the house, and we had windows and doors replaced so all the sensors had to be replaced and reconnected. Safe-Tech came in, did all the work in under a day without damaging the windows and doors, and everything has been great. The monitoring folks are professional to deal with, and even call when we had a "power failure" due to an electrician working in the house at the time.

Wonderful dealings with everyone in the company. George our installer worker with what was there and worked around some diffuclt spots. Would recommend Safetech to all friends and family.  Would have george in my house at any time trusting honest and friendly.
