I decided to use Safetech again for another one of our rental spaces since I was so happy with the service that they have been providing. Sam helped me again and was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional and very thorough in explaining which system would work best in the space. The installer, was on time and was also pleasant. Very happy with this company and feel I made the right choice using them again. Customer service is excellent and personalized.

SafeTech has great service and helpful people and I'm really enjoying my new alarm system. It gives us great peace of mind when travelling, or even within town. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The system was installed quickly and expertly. The tech thoroughly tested the system and came back the next day to replace a faulty component. We were interested in being able to check the status, and be able to remotely turn system off and on and the tech added a wireless module to do just that. We couldn't be more pleased. We recently purchased a new home and had Safe Tech install a new alarm system. The tech that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job hard wiring our system. Originally we were concerned about a hard wired system as we didn't want holes in the walls but Safe Tech staff were right...you can't even tell and the system is very reliable.  This company is great and I recommend them to everyone I know.

We are very happy with the security system that SafeTech installed in our new house. It's the best system we've ever had and doesn't have as many glitches and problems as the previous system we had. We had a few issues initially with delayed calls from the monitoring station after some false alarms, but these were resolved after we brought it to their attention. Sharon at SafeTech was amazing to deal with when we were ordering the system - she is very knowledgeable and replied to all my questions right away. I was very impressed with this company's customer service and would recommend Safetech to my friends and family.

I am enjoying overseas trip with my whole family after I installed the security system which is operated by Safe Tech. When I called Safe Tech first time, the receptionist Sharon was so nice and kind and provided me full information in details. Even after that, she is still taking care of me as same manner. Thank you again Sharon and all staffs in Safe Tech.

2012 I was and still am a trustee for a large estate. Security was needed at 69 Indian Grove. My first contact with SafeTech was Maria Pavreen (sp?). Maria answered my questions with reassuring detail and allayed my many concerns. The security guard Maria sent was equally competent and reassuring; his arrival ahead of schedule was wonderfully calming. I am grateful for Maria's assistance on behalf of SafeTech. 2015 I was president of the board of directors where I live. Once again security was needed in the spring of 2015; this time for overnight. Once again (because of Maria) I called SafeTech. Sam Sabarinath (sp?) advised that Maria was on maternity leave. Sam calmly gave me every assurance regarding the co-op's need for security and once again allayed my many concerns. The overnight security sent by Sam was also courteous, competent and reassuring. Because of Sam, an office in the co-op was well protected. Overall, because of the excellent service provided by Maria and Sam, when I am involved with a situation that requires excellent protection, I will always contact SafeTech. I had the security alarm installed. Their quote was reasonable. Sam, the sales consultant was courteous and friendly. He followed up with me from start to finish, ensuring that the installation was completed with satisfaction. There were some minor fixes but the important part was that they addressed them immediately, accommodated my schedule, and provided excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone. Ellen
