Sam arrived on time for every meeting, did a though examination of our property and home to evaluate our risks and security needs. Despite our changing our minds at a few points over cosmetic preferences, he remained accommodating and professional throughout. There was no sales pressure or any attempts to sell up to product that exceeded our needs. He remained in contact throughout the process to insure our satisfaction.
