Safe Tech Alarm Systems And Video Surveillance reviews (1085)

I have been using safetech for close to a year and have been very happy with their service. I run a small business, and knowing that my place is safe is a huge relief. Their customer service can be reached at anytime, I've gotten calls from their tech when my battery in my sensor was low, and the best part is getting email alerts. These alerts tells me who is entering and leaving my workplace based on custom codes. Overall I've had no issues and have recommended them to friends and family for both personal/work security

My wife called a trusted homestars alarm service provider.their alarm system is installed but not so meticulously(a few exposed sloppy wires.They were pretty weak on the video surveillance side of things.Again mistaken drill marks etc and sloppy wiring. I would not recommend their video surveillance skills or equipment. However if you use them for video only pay them once you completely satisfied.

Steve was absolutely amazing to work with. He listened to what I needed and quoted me accurately and quickly. We set up a day for the camera install and his tech was there promptly and on time. Did amazing work and made sure the area was clean when he finished. Steve even passed by to make sure I was happy. Thanks guys for a job well done!

I chose SafeTech based on the excellent reviews I found on-line. I am now of the belief those reviews must be fabricated, because there is no way anyone could have received such great service from this company. I have wasted more time than can be reasonably be expected dealing with SafeTech and will not waste any more going on about the details of the terrible service we received. Especially as they don't seem to care. Sharon the Client Services Specialist would not hear me when I tried to explain, she in my opinion is the biggest issue the company has. Save yourself a lot of time and bother, find another company to deal with.

They can walk you through any questions you have with the system and after installation Product Support. They even recommended me with the best phone system I should have for the alarm system. Since 2013, the service we received from SafeTech has been great. We purchased the access system, security cameras and fob keys, and has been no problems with it. We would like to recommend the vendor to anyone.

Would like to express my opinion about the services of Safetech Alarm Company. They always place phone calls in a timely manner. When I needed the assistance with changing codes their staff was very helpful and I did not have to wait a long time on the phone. Invoices are very easy to understand, bills are submitted promptly. Very convenient company to deal with.

Review :Had two security guards, one for my home and one the Wedding Good price , ,,no problem. Both guards were very courteous and professions, well dressed If I needed this service I would not hesitate to hire them again.
