Brant was professional and offered alternative upgrades in a non pressurized manner. We had to change install date a couple of times but Safetech were understanding. The install was completed in 3 hours with little mess. Very satisfied.

SafeTech Alarm has been a great system to have in our home - our neighborhood has had a number of break ins and with the system in place and the visible signage, we feel it has been a solid reason for thief's to avoid our home. The system is easy and reliable.

This was a great experince in general. The sales/Tech person was super helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to explain all possibilities/option(wirelss, wired) as per home layout. I actually through the process learn something as well. The installer was fast,detailed and friendly. I am sure that this company is top of my list for getting recommended to any friend and family that I know.

The service has been excellent so far and the knowledgeable sales team has been very prompt with their responses. Tripped the alarm twice already and each time have received a call from the monitoring team immediately. Installer went above and beyond and installed our alarm on a holiday.

Overall, good experience. I dealt with Peter who was overall helpful and friendly. I wouldn't say he went above and beyond to make me satisfied (for ex. He didn't mention any discounts or specials until I probed quite a bit about costs. He eventually said I'd get 10% off my first year which he later mentioned was a current promo they had going on). But other than that few complaints so far. Would recommend to others!
