After looking at several companies, we decided to go with SafeTech due to the online reviews. The customer service staff was extremely helpful, and willing to answer all of my questions (I sent a lot of emails!). They even responded to questions late at night. The installation technician was a nice guy. All in all I am very happy so far. We haven't had the alarm go off yet, so I can't comment on the response time but everything has been great.

He was very friendly and approachable and took the time to explain everything regarding the home alarms. I first discovered SafeTech Security (and their extremely satisfied customer base) on HomeStars. Actual reviews from actual clients are priceless and can not be bought. I called a variety of companies. I was on hold alot - except with SafeTech. Immediately I spoke with Brant whom was very patient and and informative with me. Brant advised me of things I would need, and things I do not need (not having a home phone line I needed other options). It is clear to me that SafeTech values their customers more than potential profit on selling un-needed equipment/service. Later on, I spoke with Sharon whom was also very helpful and dedicated. Never having a security system before, I had a million questions. Sharon answered every single one of them. Sharon was in contact with me the entire time, even advising me of the exact time of arrival of the installation technician. During the installation, Igor came out and was very knowledgeable and took the time to demonstrate the various aspects of my newly installed system. Overall, SafeTech met my every need - and exceeded them - at a decent price. Highly recommended.

We have been having some breaking and entering in our street recently so we decided to add surveillance camera to our home. we got good offer from safetech so we decided to go with them because they are monitoring our house as well for the alarm.
