Safe Tech Alarm Systems And Video Surveillance reviews (1085)

I have been client of SafeTech for over 2 years now, very professional company. Every time we call for service we get a prompt answer to all of our questions, we had a break in about a month ago and we received a call from the station to insure every thing is OK. Pleased with there services.

Moved into a new house, and decided to be safe, lets get an alarm. I called numerous alarm companies, and the one thing that stuck out with Safetech against the competitors is the amount of positive reviews they had. No other company had a 80%+ success rate. Its been a few months so far, and we haven't had any issues. The few times i did call tech support, they were able to walk me into customizing my alarm system. Installation was fast and clean.

One day my alarm horn beeped and we were out of town, the monitor station called me and I had no idea what to do. I called my cousin to check and he went to my house and find my garage door was open and it goes in and out according to the wind. After his inspection, he found my door lock is broken and that's why its sometimes locks and another times not. So, we have to replace the door lock. Thankfully we have our alarm system which discovers this problem before anything could happen.

Excellent service every single time I have called for any reason - be it reporting a holiday, or answering an alarm call. Very thorough and articulate. I feel safe. Ten stars!!!! Wish I could clone some of these staff members.

Great system, exceptional services, reasonable price, that's all we can say about Safetech. For a piece of mind, we were looking for a reliable home security system for our new home early this year. After browsing reviews on most of the key players in the business, we eventually decided to give Safetech a try. The service from their sales rep by the name of Peter Lessmann was so impressive. As a first time buyer, we had no idea what should be included in the package. Peter was very patient and very knowledgeable, not pushy at all. He tailored the package to fit for our purposes and even went an extra mile to provide great suggestions to utilize our money to its most. As to the installation, they have no problems to cater to our schedule. The installer by the name of Prem did an excellent job, even fixed the wiring problems that the builder was not able to fix before installation. When he left, he left a nice and clean installation. And the post installation follow-ups greatly helped us to correct some "stupid" operation mistakes we made :-)and quickly bring us up to speed. We have to say that was by far the most pleasant experience with a service provider. We highly recommend SafeTech. Please extend our warmest appreciation to Peter and Prem. Thanks again. Peter installed the new equipment including converting the system to GSM. He arrived on time, was very helpful and he was able to save me some money on equipment not needed allowing me to add smoke detection to the system. I was very pleased with the suggestions he made and how professional he acted. A great start to doing business with Safe Tech.

We were able to set up an appointment to have someone come by and install the system within 2 business days. Our sales rep, Sharon, was very helpful in describing all of our installation options and monthly fees, which are reasonable compared to other companies we researched. The installer was punctual and professional, got everything working within the 2 hour appointment window and made sure to test each component and then clearly walked us through how to use the system. Within the first week we accidentally set the alarm off a couple of times (forgetting we had set the alarm, opened a window, etc) and received a follow up call within a couple of minutes to make sure everything was alright so I would say so far so good wrt to monitoring as well.

We needed new locks and we called SafeTech. They have obviously done this a millions times before. Great reception and reliable service. When you are dealing with locks, its nice to know that a professional looking serviceman comes and knows the product. We would certainly refer them to our friends and families. The keys we were given are actually a very good quality (our previous ones seemed flimsy).

I have been a customer of Safetech for two and half years. They provide good services based on my experiences. Recently, I switched my land line telephone from Bell to a VOIP provider. The system started to show error message. Both the technician I spoke on the phone and the one came to fix the system were very thorough and responsible. It took them a while to finally diagnose the problems and they explained it clearly to me to ensure I understand what needed to be done. And they fixed the problem!
