We are very satisfied with SafeTech, their service is perfect and we feel so safe after we register with them.We have been customers of Safetech for over a year now, and until now every thing is working properly. Would highly recommend them.

I was curios how their customer service works (the most important for me) and I got in touch with Sean. He was more than happy to help me providing me a lot of info plus a very excellent discount when SafeTech installed the alarm in my home. He is a very polite and well knowing person and very trustworthy. I was very disoriented first time but he took his time to offer me the best offer which others just missed. Thank you Sean and keep going. Also I had a false alarm a couple of months ago and they contact me so fast that I didn't have the time to find my phone to explain them about my mistake. I recently had to change the insurance company I have for home and automobile coverage. The insurance company asked that I obtain a certificate from my home alarm company before they would confirm coverage for my house. I was already very satisfied with the service that SafeTech had been providing to me compared to the previous company that had been monitoring the wrong house and charging me for two years! I was very pleased with my installation and service with SafeTech. Install was done in a timely manner and alarm system works well and easy to use. What was more impressive was the after service and customer service. Highly recommended for first time alarm home users.

I replaced some windows on the ground floor and when I called SafeTech to reinstall the window contacts they were able to come out the next morning, minimizing our downtime. The visit was more pricey than I expected but the service was quick and hassle-free.

The process was extremely easy and the technician was very experienced. He ensured there was no cosmetic damage to our walls and windows when installing the new wiring for the alarm system. He was very knowledgeable regarding pets and ensured our system would operate well with our pets roaming around the house. There has been no problems with our security system.

I decided to have a wireless system put in the apartment which was a little more costly, but in my opinion worth it. Sam who first contacted me was professional and very thorough in explaining products and costs. The installer Peter, was on time and finished in about two hours.
