We live downtown in a semi-unsafe area, and going in we knew that the place we were renting had been subject to frequent break-ins in the past. After experiencing one ourselves and doing lots of research we decided to go with Safetech alarms for our alarm monitoring service. It took us a few months after the initial setup to figure out how to fully cover our bases in terms of getting the best protection possible for our budget and situation. After another scare we updated the system further and received lots of support from our sales rep at SafeTech, who helped make it possible for us to increase the safety of our place within our tight budget. We are happy with their service and are glad that we are able to appreciate the benefits of living downtown while being protected from the negative aspects. (the approximate cost listed was the cost for setup not the monthly rate).

We were impressed on how our security alarm works.its so simple and easy to remember.its just that they need to reschedule our appointment.Nevertheless i would still recommend SafeTech to our close friends and relatives.

There was a recent break-in near our neighbourhood. Despite having a security system, we wanted more protection for our family. We installed 4 cameras and a recording device which also allows us to see the footage live on our iPhones. It gave us peace of mind knowing our home was fully secured while we were away. SafeTech installer was professional, knowledgeable. The sales rep was wonderful and recognized our needs without breaking our budget. Would highly recommend SafeTech.

We recently bought Alarm system from SafeTech about couple of months ago, from the quote to the installation of the alarm every thing went smooth and fast. We highly recommend this company to anybody.

I've had service with SafeTech for over a year now, and the experience has been exemplary. The few false alarms were met with an almost instant phone call from the monitoring station. When there was a technical issue related to a defective part, SafeTech dispatched a technician and the part was replaced... ON THE SAME DAY, within 2 hours. Highly recommended!

Safe Tech is currently my security provider and has been for many years. I am so pleased with the service I recently committed to another 3 year Agreement. From the Sales Department to the Technicians the staff are extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Was looking around for alarm company to secure my home in Toronto wile i am away, found Safetech on Home Stars and Google I was impressed by there good feedback so i called to check it out and got quote and with in days the installer came and set up the system for us and tout us how to use the system . was very friendly and professional. So i thought i would come back and leave my feedback . Would like to recommend them to our friend and family.

Safetech Alarm system was called to install security monitoring systems in two units of my home in March 2014. The customer service person (Sharon) did not fully understand my requirements and neither did the installer (Andrew). From the first day the system did not work. I left the country on two occasions and spent part of my time away trying to resolve the issues with Safetech alarm systems. The company president initially ignored all my calls (long distance from 2 different countries) and even at some point untruthfully said that someone from his company had called me (when I eventually filed a report with the Better Business Bureau). Firstly they charged more than I had signed for on the contract and, in the process of trying to resolve the matter, their staff said the company would provide 3 months monitoring for free. This also did not happen and instead, for the past 6 months there has been NO MONITORING service in my home and the company has charged my credit card a total of $484.43. As at today September 22, 2014, I received an e-mail stating that the company is trying to charge my credit card again! My issues with this company have been raised with the Better Business Bureau with no resolution yet. I will be forced to go into litigation with this company. KINDLY DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! I read great reviews and thought they were a good company to deal with, however that has NOT been the case. The company owner, Sean has had NO regard for the life and safety of my family and property by: 1. NOT providing monitoring services to my property from the first day the system was installed on March 27, 2014 to date 2. Exposing my home, the valuables in my home and any occupants of the home to the dangers of break-in, loss of property and/or lives 3. Debitting my credit card with amounts (on 2 occasions) contrary to signed contract on the first occasion and to staff's written intention on the second occasion 4. Not responding to service issues raised and 5. Not possessing the ability to identify loss of monitoring signals to their security monitoring stations In addition to that, Safetech Alarm Systems has provided second to none in the most terrible, unprofessional service, client experience and after sales service AVOID DEALING WITH THIS KIND OF COMPANY!!

I recently installed a home alarm system in my new house. I researched a lot of security companies and SafeTech provided the quickest response. The sales rep I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted the system installed quickly because my neighbor had a break-in and I wanted my family to feel safe especially since I was leaving for a 2 week business trip. I would highly recommend SafeTech.
