I purchased a medical alarm from SafeTech for my mother. The system has worked very well and even though we did have some problems initially -when I contacted the service department they were very helpful and we were able to fix it immediately. My mother is feeling very secure knowing that she can press a button if she falls or is in distress and get help and I feel secure knowing that she can do that. The system was very low cost and seemed to be less expensive than the other systems that we looked at from the other competitors to SafeTech. The system is certainly affordable for most people who are elderly and in failing health and have that need for extra safety and protection.

Safe Tech did an awful job, with unreliable service, They screwed up 4 times which meant I had to travel 4 times. They did not take the time to do the job properly and left me a huge mess that cannot be repaired. The outside of my house which was renovated with beautiful stone is damaged.They only cared about getting paid. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company. I paid them after the job was finished yet no one asked if I WAS SATISFIED nor APOLOGIZED for all the problems they caused. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND how this company is still in business. I am sure their sales are not from previous customers.
