I have been using Safe Tech monitoring system since Jan 2013. So far so good. No problem at all. Good customer service and easy credit card pre-auth payment. One thing I do recommend is to go for the wireless control panel and detectors, cuz the price for upgrade is reasonable and it looks great without cable to damage your new house.

Moving from a condo to a home we knew one of the first items on the list was to get a home security system. After doing extensive research, we found that SafeTech was rated quite highly and decided to give them a try. The sales agent Brant was very professional, knowledgeable and nice to speak to. He was able to answer all of our questions and explains things in laments terms. Installation was setup quickly and took a few hours to have everything up and running (although the service tech had to come back because he forgot the right power adapter for the unit we had). He showed us how to use the unit (very simple) and we were off and running. After 6 or so months we have been very happy with the system. We haven't had any issues but it does give me some piece of mind that we have a good system installed. Thanks SafeTech.
