We recently moved into a house and wanted to upgrade our alarm system to a more contemporary unit with GSM features. I was also interested in internet connectivity. I first spoke to Sean and was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge base. He was extremely patient with me and went through all the various options to best suit my needs and budget. We ultimately decided to upgrade to a DSC GSM system with the internet module. I was very happy with the timely service. They sent someone in within 48 hours. The technician was very patient and spent 5-6 hours on the new installation and also checked all existing connections. Once he was complete, there was an issue with the internet module. This was not solved immediately but he was able to take it back to the team. After some troubleshooting it was felt that the internet module was the problem and it was replaced very quickly with no questions asked. I was pleased with their response time. As I have just recently signed up with them, I cannot comment on the long term monitoring service. However, overall my experience thus far was very positive and I would have no hesitation in recommended them.
