SafeTech Systems was that Security company. From the day I called to inquire about pricing and service, to the day I had an install person come into my facility to set up the equipment, all was with prompt, polite, and timely service. The service technician that installed my equipment was very professional and explained how I use the system and answered my questions. Customer service staff was also friendly when I had a call inquiry as well. I would definitely recommend SafeTech systems to any business for price, service and quality.
