I am very pleased with SafeTech alarm unit at the door and their responsiveness. I have had a few false alarms at my business due to our fault of not properly closing rear door or pulling a data wire out to interfere with the systems. Each time they contacted me within minutes to advise on the situation and find out more. Each time all was resolved fine and quickly without having to get police involved.

I found the staff very friendly and most professional. They were very knowledgeable and did a great job. It was an emergency work that had to be done and they were able to get it completed before the deadline. I would certainly recommend them.
