The installation guy knew about his job and he explained to us how to use the security system, however, it was bit difficult to figure out the internet based controls on the account.

We moved to our new office location in June of 2013. SafeTech had a system already installed from the previous tenant. We called to see if we could just continue the service. The technician came and made some changes at no cost.When I realized a few days later that we had forgotten to tell him to turn off one of the sensors we called and they were there to help the next day. SafeTech proved to be the most knowledgeable and was able to meet our short timeline - as we were heading out on vacation and did not want to leave the premises unprotected. We opted for full coverage, including multiple zones with motion detectors. There was some confusion on the solution to safe guard our garage and the ultimate price ended up being significantly higher when all was said and done. However we feel much safer sleeping at night.

Any contact I have had with SafeTech from first inquiry through completion of the installation and continued monitoring have been professional and courteous. The employees are knowledgeable and extremely helpful at all times no matter how minor or complex the question. I would recommend SafeTech without hesitation.

I originally got a very detailed and prompt quote from an agent who no longer works for the company. The installation was long and we had told the agent that our basement was getting renovated, but the installer put all the wires under the joists. Then we had to have them come back two weeks later to do it properly and they sent me another bill for $130. After I called and complained they reduced it to $75, but I don't think I should have had to pay anything. Then the contacts started falling off, one of which fell off at 6am and set off our alarm. We felt uncomfortable setting our alarm after that, afraid it would set off accidently. After speaking to someone at Safetech, they sent the installer back out, this time for free, to properly screw in the contacts (they were originally put on with double-sided tape!). They gave us a free month for this issue, because we had been unable to set it. Since then, we haven't had any problem and I like to be able to set it at night and when we leave the house.
