Called to have a Free alarm installed with monthly monitoring. The installer was professional and everything went great. He tested the system and we got a call from the alarm company right away to make sure everything was OK. The system is easy to use and works great. We have had no problems.

I live in a 113 year old house which had a previous Chubb alarm system before I moved in. Sam has been very good answering my questions about the alarm system and install and so far (about 1 month) the alarm seems to be working well. Though if the power is cut to it, it seems to scramble its brains for a few hours and it thinks doors are open when they are not. My only small issue was that the installation took 6 hours on a Saturday (effectively eating up my entire day) when I felt like I was led to believe it would be about 3 hours. The installer was Detlef, a very nice German man.

We live an a 100+ year old semi-detached house in downtown Toronto. We wanted a fairly simple monitored alarm system that would protect against intrusion, fire and carbon monoxide. What I particularly liked about SafeTech was that there was no time-consuming sales visit to "inspect" the house (perhaps because I was able to fairly accurately describe our home and it's construction, as well as our requirements). Peter was able to propose the kind of system we needed over the telephone. We had a few back-and-forths via email, but we eventually settled on a hybrid wired/wireless system that allowed us to get good coverage across the 4 levels in our house, without having to do a lot of messy drilling and wiring. The installer was efficient, tidy and knowledgeable, he had the system in place in a matter of hours, and it worked (and continues to work) like a charm.
