Once I called they were quick to answer all my questions, provide me an "all in" price so there would be no surprises at the time of billing and had a technician at my home the very next day to install my system. The people were easy to deal with, knowledgeable and very friendly. I would recommend SafeTech to anyone contemplating a home alarm system.

Shortly after the installation, I had to call their tech support concerning one of the sensors. They were polite and very helpful in helping me troubleshoot my issue. The SafeTech sales manager with whom we dealt was both professional and accommodating, and we did not feel pressured to make a commitment. The technician who installed the equipment in our home was thorough and respectful of our property. Our calls to the company have been answered personally by a receptionist, as opposed to a voice mail queue, and our questions have been satisfactorily addressed in a timely manner. While our relationship with the company is still new, to date we are very pleased with our decision.

The company finally informed us that unfortunately the parts for our old system were no longer available and we would have to have it replaced at our own cost. The cost was rather high so we decided to look around for a better service. After searching and phoning around we narrowed it down to three companies. The reviews we read were excellent, they could come and install the alarm system quickly and definitively the price was very reasonable, certainly more affordable than our previous company. The technician who showed up was courteous, knowledgeable and did the work in a matter of hours. He used the existing location and this saved us a lot of extra work repairing holes in the wall. We are really pleased with this more up to date system and especially with the keychain control that saves us a lot of time. No more running around to silence the alarm on arrival. The people at SAFE TECH are always vigilant and when I came home the other night and pressed the panic button by mistake a representative phoned us right away to enquire if everything was o.k. So far the system which was installed a few months ago has worked flawlessly and we happy with it. Finally, it's nice to be dealing with a local company instead of a company whose head office is somewhere across the border.
