    Video Surveillance Installation, New Home

    Safe Tech Alarms never disappoints us. The monitoring center's reaction time is incredibly swift and courteous. You can't go wrong with their customer service, thus I would suggest them.

    Great service

    Safe tech has been wonderful, great service, great customer service. They respond quickly if the alarm is set off. We feel very safe knowing they are monitoring our alarm.

    Amazing service from day one A+++

    When I moved to my first house I was looking for an alarm system, Safetech was super easy to deal with and they came out and installed everything as described. The monitoring fee is very reasonable & I would highly recommend Safetech & Sharon at the office is very accommodating as well.

    Smoke detector

    We had a smoke detector beeping in the house. Called SAFETECH and they had a tech come out the same day. He ended up replacing the unit with a new one since the old one was over 12 years old. The price was very reasonable even though it was a last minute booking. Happy with the service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SAFETECH to family and friends.

    We will do our best to help you in a crunch. The fire code recommends that everyone check their smoke sensors every 6 months and to vacuum the filter for any dust particles. Most often, smoke alarms have a lifespan of 10 years.

    Alarm system installation + monitoring

    We have been a SAFETECH client for the past 5 years. Our DSC hybrid system has both hardwired and wireless devices. SAFETECH has a 3 year comprehensive parts and labor warranty which is great ! The installation was done professionally. The tech was very knowledgeable and experienced. Our next door neighbor is with another company and their monthly monitoring has gone up 3 times in a span of 5 years ! SAFETECH has never raised the monthly monitoring fee since we signed up with them. The staff at SAFETECH's office have always been very helpful whenever we have called them for assistance. We are extremely satisfied with SAFETECH's service.
