    Alarm systems

    We've been with SAFETECH for the past 12 years. Our fully wireless system has been working great so far ! The sensors have good battery life and we replace it only once in 2-3 years. The installer was very professional. He took the time to do a complete walkthrough on the system. He also cleaned up the mess that was caused due to drilling even though we asked him not to bother. It is worth mentioning that SAFETECH has never raised the monthly monitoring fee since we signed up with them. We are extremely satisfied with SAFETECH's service and we are happy to recommend the company to family and friends.

    Safe Tech Alarm Systems And Video Surveillance

    We've been with SAFETECH for the past 10 years. Our DSC hybrid system has worked great from day one ! The GSM communicator was upgraded recently. All the sensors have been working well all these years. We did replace the batteries in a couple of door sensors last year. Both the installer and office staff at SAFETECH goes above and beyond to take care of their clients whether it's the tech support dept or admin / accounting dept. unlike some of the big companies where they give you the run around when you try to reach a live person on the phone ! Our monitoring rate has never gone up since we signed up with SAFETECH. The operators at SAFETECH station are extremely resourceful and diligent. I would not hesitate to recommend SAFETECH to family and friends.

    Alarm Installation

    We've been a SAFETECH client for the past15 years. Our DSC system has worked flawlessly since the day it was installed. The GSM communicator was upgraded to a 4G recently. Other than that, all the devices have been working well all these years. Whenever we call SAFETECH office for tech support or admin help, we have always been taken care of promptly unlike some of the big companies where you are put on hold for hours ! Our monitoring rate has never gone up since we signed up with SAFETECH. Even with inflation and higher costs, SAFETECH has maintained their monitoring rate which is remarkable !

    With SafeTech, you will never need to press a series of numbers to speak with a live person. Every call is live answered and you are not expected to be placed on hold for extended periods of time. In fact, we try to answer calls immediately as we know how busy people's lives can be.

    Horrible experience

    Called in to have my security system installed. Started out great, they had everything we wanted and it was at a decent price. I booked this service over a month in advance and a day before the installation, they cancel and say they need to change the day. No problem, I agree and move it a few days later. They call me again right before the new installation date and move the installation to a week and a half later. Completely unacceptable. I speak to Sean the owner and find out that had a technician lined up but when he found out our system was a new system, he didn't want to install it. Then the replacement installer got a headache and didn't want to the installation. I even spoke to the owner and said that he wanted a specific technician who was younger to do the job because the system was new. Why arent all of your technicians capable of installing this system? They have essentially no technicians on hand to do installations which raises serious concerns that if there is an issue, how long will it take to replace? Seriously DO NOT use this company. Their excuses were ridiculous and this would not happen with literally any other company.

    Great experience

    Great experience with the installation, configuration, support as well as the Customer Service overall. Good and trustworthy company to deal with. I've been their Customer for more that 5 years... no regrets.

    Safetech

    We had Chubb security. We were faced with a large cost to replace old equipment and Safetech came in with a very reasonable fee to upgrade the system. I was very impressed with the salesman who is very knowledgeable. Thank you Safetech

    Safe Tech alarm system and monitoring

Whenever I have had a question or require troubleshooting, or to update special monitoring instructions for vacation plans, you have always been there and easily accessible. The system, installed by Peter, has worked very well for the past 10 years.

    Home alarm monitoring

    I have been loyal costumer with SafeTech for almost 10 years , their monitoring service is very good, fast response, friendly costumer service. Highly recommended for people who looking for a good monitoring services.

    Professionalism, Honoring Their Word

    I posted a very positive review in 2019 after a SafeTech installation in my home. In 2022, 3 years later the same level of professionalism, attention to detail and honoring a contract was held through and through. Don't hesitate, these guys say what they do and do what they say.
