    Monitoring company that cares about it's customers

    I have had my small business and home monitored by Safe Tech for a decades. Whenever, I have an issue they quickly resolve my problem and follow up to ensure everything is working as it should be. They offer affordable monitoring for both home and commercial properties and are always available when I have questions. They take time and care and really care about their customers. I remember when we had a power failure they called to ensure we were ok. As a long term customer, Malik, Fortune, Krutarth and the monitoring staff are all great, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a monitoring station.

    Monitoring a clinic

    They did really fast and amazing services. I appreciate Malik and Susan for the great service and fast. They did monitoring for our clinic and window sensor as well. Thanks again!

    Excellent and Professional Service

    Great company with two thumbs up.. Had Safetech installed an alarm and CCTV system in my previous home and had their monitoring services for 15 years. After we moved to another house I signed with a competitor for monitoring our alarm system, we were very dissatisfied with their service so we've moved back to Safetech. Worked with Peter from their sales department and he was very pleasant to work with and knowledgable with the product and provide very valuable input to make the switchover vey painless. The Tech (another Peter) came to make the switch and he was highly technical and skillful and the switch over was done seamlessly and quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Safetech for your burglar alarm and CCTV systems.

    Attentive service!

    Our sales rep Peter at Safetech Alarms provided valuable on-site support and advice for us in the installation of an alarm system at one of our downtown Toronto construction sites. I would highly recommend Safetech and Peter for anyone looking for a security system.

    Alarm and camera installation

    SafeTech Security Systems has excellent customer service. Sharon answered all my questions and was very thorough about everything they install. We had an alarm system and cameras installed. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He walked us through the system and educated us about home security in general. He helped us install the app on our phones and explained everything in detail, not being smart home savvy, I am very appreciative of all their guidance. The install itself was straight forward and they cleaned up whatever mess they made. I would highly recommend this company to everyone seeking a sound security system for their home. The staffing and products are both amazing.

    The turned thing around

    Originally I signed a 3 year contract with This company and when my contract ended I had a bad experience with the sales team. I then was contacted by Sharon and she turned things around and decided to stay based on my interaction with Sharon as I'm sure the outcame between her conversation and the sales team was not too far off but her approach was right.

    I have been a very happy client of Safetech for over 12 years

    I have been a client of Safetech for over 12 years. I have 4 locations for my business and each one is well protected by the Alarm System that Safetech has installed. Our experience with Safetech has been amazing and our requests are always taken care of. We had Krutarth look into our system for adding sensors to protect one of our locations in Hamilton and we are very happy by the conduct of services. Thank you Safetech!

    Security/alarm system

    We had an alarm system/motion detectors, smoke detectors and 3 keypads installed in my home . The installation was very clean/unnoticeable and the installer very professional . I would highly recommend Safe tech Alarms. Inka Nolet

    Great and reliable services!!

    Our residence has been protected by Safetech since 2008. Recently we changed some of our doors and windows and Krutarth helped us by adding new sensors.
