    Excellent Service

    We’ve been with Safe Tech Alarms for many years and they never let us down. The response time from the monitoring centre is super fast and friendly and willing to help when there’s a problem. You can’t go wrong they have a great Customer Service and YES, I would recommend them to friend and family.

    Safe Tech Alarm System

    I've had a Safetech alarm for 5 years now, in two separate houses. I always receive excellent customer service and in my last move, Safetch found a solution to save me money for the installation in my new house. The technicians always arrive on time and are very pleasant and professional, including wearing a mask and gloves. I've never had any issues, the price is very affordable and I highly recommend to anyone looking for an alarm system. I feel much safer at night as well as when I'm not home. Thank you SafeTech!

    Safe Tech Alarm Systems

    Have been using their services since July 2012. Their pricing is reasonably and service has consistently been top-notch. I would certainly highly recommend them to anyone looking for an alarm and monitoring system

    Seven Years Strong

    We are more than happy to give a "two thumbs up" review to Safe Tech. We made the big switch over from another company 8 years ago and we are still going strong and have not looked back. The personal service from the office staff to the monitoring station- these are the people that make the difference and we know we are getting great value for the $.

    Security for Dynamic Gems

    We have been with Safetech since the past 20 years and are happy with their services. Recently we had some issues related to the power supply modules and Safetech's technical engineer Krutarth helped us to resolve it. Overall, it has been a good experience being with Safetech. We highly recommend Safetech. Good Job!

    Bathroom Project

    Steve at SafeTecjh alarms helped my wife and I from our very first home to our business and cottage -- His staff Girish and the rest are all super friendly and the 2 times I had issues they fixed me up right away - I would recommend them to anyone wanting an alarm system

    Solid system and reliable service

    Excellent service and very professional support team. Covered all our boxes when we were in the market for a secure alarm service. Quick and knowledgeable sales, service and customer service team. Would absolutely recommend!

    Safe for many years

    I have subscribed to safetech for over 10 years. Their cost is priced monthly for 3 year contract for safety monitoring. I had an initial package of the panel, contacts and motion sensor, but have upgraded over the years. The price is competitive as I was with another company and also shopped around before settling with Safetech. The service technicians are knowledgeable and prompt, good customer service and more importantly the monitoring service. I have triggered the alarm a few times and I received a call in less than a minute to check on the situation. Even though I said I everything was fine. They asked one more time "are you ok". I appreciated this very much. The one time that it was triggered and I was not home as a contact fell off, they had dispatched someone to check on the property and reported findings right away. I would recommend this company.

    We own and operate our own ULC Listed Central Monitoring Station. We are able to control the quality and delivery of service. This is a big advantage over our competition which mainly use 3rd party companies to monitoring their alarm accounts.

    Commercial Alarm and Monitoring

    We have been customers of SafeTech since 2005. Great communication and service! Still using the original equipment installed 16 years ago, have only had to change the battery 3 times. Would absolutely recommend this company to everyone.
