We ordered the alarm system from Safe Tech due to our growing neighbourhood and changes in our lifestyle. We shopped around to some of the more heavily advertised companies in the GTA and also checked www.Homestars.com for reviews. Reviews for Safe Tech highlighted their excellent customer service. Safe Tech's flexible time schedule gave us the opportunity to meet our installation deadline, which the other company did not. Safe Tech was willing to work with our schedule. The Safe Tech alarm installer was friendly and took the time to determine the best installation location and showed genuine concern to minimize any additional holes in our walls to install it and took the time to teach us how the alarm worked. The attention to detail and patience to show us the alarm was very kind and appreciated. I told our neighbour across the street the excellent customer service and reasonable pricing of the Safe Tech product. He said he was thinking of installing a system too. Also we should mention the monitoring centre team representatives are professional and and show concern when we had a false alarm. It's nice to know there is a professional team working in the background. Thank you.
