Excellent company to deal with. Knowledgeable and sincere. I am now at ease knowing that my house is monitored both for burglary and fire. Yes, I didn't know that I received added insurance discount if my home was monitored for fire. The sales person told me that and I'm grateful because now, I'm receiving 20% home insurance. They also told me that they won the consumer choice award for best alarm company and I now know why!!! Thank you SafeTech for protecting my home and protecting my family! Had some billing issues, and it took them a long time to admit they had made a billing error. After about 3 weeks of constantly calling and arguing with them over a billing issue finally the owner of the company personally got in touch with me and apologized for the issues and corrected the billing error. The owner obviously cares about his customers, however I wasn't overly impressed with the sales people I was dealing with.

Our calls to the company have been answered personally by a receptionist, as opposed to a voice mail queue, and our questions have been satisfactorily addressed in a timely manner. While our relationship with the company is still new, to date we are very pleased with our decision.

Had Safe Tech install a wireless home security system. The entire process from meeting with Charles to go over options to having the system installed was seamless. Service was fantastic and top notch. Would definitely recommend Safe Tech to family, friends and colleagues.

I installed the house alarm system early this year. The system was installed by technician very quickly and tested through, just works fine. In the next few days, since we were not familiar with existence of the system and mistakenly triggered the alarm, and then the monitor service shortly called my home phone to verify what was happening.
