Safe Tech was the only company that was able to customize an alarm solution for us at a reasonable and competitive price. We called Safe Tech after a robbery and they worked with us to identify risk areas on our property and propose a customized solution. We can now sleep at night knowing our home is protected. I can't imagine using any other company.

I must say safetech was great, the sales rep I spoke to Steve was a pleasure to work with, from the moment I called to get information before our closing I had decided this was the company. Steve answered all my calls, numerous emails without hesitation. On appointment day he was on time called ahead and was very polite he walked me through on what we needed and what type of equipment we needed and how it was going to work. He didn't pressure me in any way. The installer was great as well, took his time and was very respectful of our home, he also called ahead and when he arrived he took of his shoes, confirmed where we wanted things and started right away. I would highly recommend this company

Found SafeTech as an alternative to largest north-american company I was dealing with (now, looking back, I can see a lot of troubled customers with them.) They continued "service" even after my phone line disappeared and kept charging until I realized they cannot really monitor my system. SafeTech so far had excellent reviews and I can see why. The price is quite reasonable comparing to other companies. Monitoring is located in Canada, which is important give speed of response. They are able to monitor wirelessly as primary source (other company wanted $45/month plus $200 for additional equipment to serve as backup source, not a primary one) Sales person, most of us seem to deal with is very friendly and helpful. System sends emails when one disarms the alarm system, which is very convenient to monitor. The only little hick up is absolutely minor to me - I was hoping to be able to arm/disarm system via iPhone app ($160), but it appears that such solution will require a lot of wiring plus dedicated port at my router - something I was not prepared to. Other than that, entire experience was totally positive and pleasant.

Needed a company to assume the existing alarm system in our new house. Safe Tech by far provided the best customer service from all the companies we contacted and clearly explained all the costs. They were cost competitive, very accommodating with our schedule for the installation, and were prompt and courteous. The other day I accidently unplugged the alarm system and immediately got a call from the monitoring station making sure everything was okay. Great service, highly recommended!

Top quality equipment was used for the alarm system of which we are very pleased with. The technician was very competent and methodical during the installation and took the time to explain the operation and capabilities as well as addressing all our questions and concerns.

Prewired our house during construction for our security system install. When a zone sensor was missed in the prewire, they sent someone to install a wireless sensor and secondary system with no extra charge or headache. System works well since we activated it, good customer service since then.
