When I decided to get an alarm system installed at my business, I was expecting a complicated process with lots of hassle. The experience I had couldn't have been more different! Every aspect of the installation was taken care of by courteous and professional SafeTech employees. As I learned to operate my system, I had lots of questions and the technical support was there for me. We have been with SafeTech for over 3 months now and I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a new alarm or alarm monitoring.

I have been a customer of a major alarm monitoring system provider for over 15 years. The services have been mediocre at best. I have decided to switch to another provider after responding to an alarm call from the company while I was vacationing in France. I had to hang up eventually after being put on hold for more than half an hour. After searching the Internet, I came across SafeTech. It took only a couple of days for the salesperson, Eric to come to my home for a very thorough inspection. He was most courteous and professional with his sales approach. The installation a week later was smooth, although the installer had to come back a couple of weeks later to install a glass breaker sensor which was missing at the first time due to a shortage by the supplier. Eric was helpful thorughout the process with follow-up phone calls and emails. I would highly recommend SafeTech to anyone who is considering an alarm system installation.

Had security system installed this past weekend by Andrew. Was a very knowledgeable tech, and spent a lot of time fishing the wires. Was able to do a good job even though most of house was already finished. I haven't yet experienced their monitoring service, so I am giving them an 8 out of 10 for now. Might be higher later.

charlie was very easy to deal with and very responsive to our needs. He changed our access panel and made the switch very transparent. I contacted Steve Palmer from Safe Tech and he met me within a day or two to have a look at the new church. He was very professional and arranged to have a tech come out and do the installation. I was not present but had it reported to me that the tech was very helpful and explained how the systemn worked. I am very pleased with Safe Tech Alarm Systems and would recommend them.

I am absolutely satisfied with SafeTech alarm system. Their reception for phone calls is excellent. The service is great. The assessment and installation was rapid. Few days after installation, I tested the device. With in 2 minutes I got a call from the Centre about the incident. SafeTech is really reliable and affordable.

Just had a monitored alarm installed. Accidentally set it off and got a call in 30 seconds. It is reassuring to know that the Safetech monitoring centre is so on the ball. Installation was easy, and everyone I have talked to has been very helpful.
